Villa Florence is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property on a direct gulf access canal (12 minutes/1 mile by boat) with an electric-heated pool. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. Please inquire about possible pet exceptions. Please note: The boat lift is NOT available for guest use.

We’ve been vacationing in Cape Coral for 13 years, and we had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is beautiful inside, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We spent a lot of time fishing, were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the canal, and my daughter had a great time using the kayaks. After a long, hot day of fishing, the pool was the perfect place to cool off. The kids especially loved the color-changing pool lights in the evenings. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbor next door was friendly and welcoming.Overall, this is a beautiful home, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Cape Coral.

The property was absolutely perfect. It is located on a saltwater canal in a location that is close to everything. The house is great, especially for large families or groups. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommended property.

The pool was great. The neighbors were nice. The house was nice and bigger than it looked from the road. The only negatives were the bikes were not usable and there must be an easier way to launch and retrieve the kayaks. Some kind of kayak float ? Thanks for asking.

Great house in a great area with 2 separate living spaces.

We loved our stay! We are a married couple that had 2 adult children with us and we thoroughly loved the layout of this house as it provided 2 separate living quarters. We are also avid boaters who brought our boat with us and we loved having the dock available for our use. We’ve been coming to this area for over 20 years and would highly recommend this house.

Review of Villa Florence

This is a lovely house. It is spacious, with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is ideal. I love the pool and the canal. The staff is very responsive. I will definitely be Coming back. The only thing it lacks is a dining table. For a house that claims to sleep 8 people, there should definitely be a dining table. The only thing it has near the kitchen is a small desk with 2 chairs. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and were sad to leave. It was comfortable, convenient, and homely. We spent our holiday relaxing in the pool, visiting the many nearby sights and beaches, and using the kayaks to explore the canals and do some fishing. The property management were very responsive, also, helping us resolve an issue with the pool caused by a large amount of rain Cape Coral recieved over a few days we were there. Luckily we were there long enough that it didn’t inconvenience us too much. If one improvement could be made, it would be only to ensure guests could easily log into their own Amazon account on the TV (to rent movies, etc). But this was a minor issue. We loved it overall and would come back in a heartbeat! Many thanks But that was
