EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.

POOL HEATING: The pool heater is turned on between October 15th and May 1st, as it is not necessary to heat the pool during the other months of the year. *The pool will not be heated after May 1st until October. Please know that pool staying heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature. If the outside temperature falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care in making sure the cover stays on the pool.

-NOTE: The waterfall can only be used twice a day for one hour each time. If the waterfall is left on continuously the water bill will increase to over 100 dollars a day an the guest will be charged.
-NOTE: Dog friendly property, an additional PET FEE of $100 (plus fees) is required to be paid before your arrival if you want to bring a pet. This fee is separate from what you pay at booking.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
