The lodge was so darn cute and had the best cozy vibes. Great space. Clean. Perfect location. Host is extremely nice, and helpful and a fast responder. Will definitely be coming back :)

nice comfortable home with great layout

Our family met for a family vacation. The layout of this home is wonderful (you do need to be able to climb stairs). The kitchen is well stocked and there are two washers and dryers. The location is great as well - close to the marina and a nice grocery store. Communication with the host is easy and she is very responsive. The house is furnished with high quality furniture that you can enjoy, without worrying about breaking something. Our stay was great!

Casual family reunion

The Lazy Fade was everything the listing said it would be, and even more. We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, and especially that there was seating enough for everyone. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and cozy, and theblittke touches like lots of extra blankets and the fireplaces were especially nice. Communication with the host was excellent, and the initial contact email was thorough and provided everything we needed to know. confortable

Perfect lake house!

My colleagues and I booked this location to stay for a retreat. It was somehow better than the photos. Amazing view, incredibly comfortable, tidy, great amenities. It’s stocked with water, snacks, and so many towels. The host was so great: she answered all of my questions so promptly—I’m sure it got annoying; but she was nothing short of generous and extremely cordial. Thank you!!

Family get together

Great location! About same drive time to either north or south beach. Beautiful views from deck- we loved watching the sunrise every morning!! Very comfortable accommodations! loved the fully stocked kitchen! Getting out of driveway/ parking area can be tricky. The house was a great place for our family to be together. Unfortunately the neighbors just behind and above were pretty loud late into the night so we couldn’t keep the room windows open to enjoy the cool evening air. But overall a wonderful stay!! Thank you!!

Bear lake family fun

What a wondeful property to spend several days with the whole family! We were able to cook, bond, and have family games for 14 people! Great host and supportive. Will do again!

Amazing View

Becky’s cabin was perfect in every way! Great views of Bear Lake! The cabin is Super clean. The Kitchen was well stocked and there were a lot of extra touch’s that were so nice! Becky was great to communicate with. I would love to bring my family back! Thanks for a great stay!

Best stay ever!

Oh my gosh, what a great host and home! The Lazy Fade Lodge was so comfortable. It’s location, close to the marina, Garden City, and anywhere else you’d like to go in Bear Lake, is exactly what you’d want. As close as it is to everything, it is just far enough away that it feels private, because it is. The house was perfect for our extended family of 14 adults and one infant (3 couples and 8 singles). The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and Becky, the host, left us an assortment of snacks and bottles of water which our group loved. All the rooms were great, but the Master suite was amazing — not only super comfortable, but Becky went above and beyond, stocking it with all of the consumables that you’d expect in a spa resort — designer soaps, makeup remover wipes, Q-tips, and more. We felt absolutely pampered staying there. Becky was great to deal with — one of the best hosts we’ve ever had! We will try to tent this house again for our next stay at Bear Lake.

We are from Idaho and love the beauty of our area. When we came to visit, we were blown away by the amazing Lake and decided we had to have a place in Bear Lake. We have rented properties for years, and decided it was time to have our own place to offer. We have decided to make it a place we would want to stay at. We hope that it is somewhere others will want to return to year after year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When we first walked in the door to the Lodge, we were blown away by the vaulted ceilings, the gorgeous woodwork, and the kitchen, but most of all, the stunning views. We were also very happy with the convenience of the location. We knew we would want to spend time here, so we hoped others would as well. We are golfers, so decided to name it the Lazy Fade Lodge after a regular shot played by Kurt. We love Bear Lake and hope to share it in comfort with others.

Our place is very convenient to Bear Lake and all of its amenities. There are great gathering spaces and the ability to be a little separate as well. It is very peaceful and light.
