Clean, spacious, close to the beach (about a 2 minute walk) and nice views from all around for sunrise and sunset. Secluded and safe, had few kids who freely played around the house.

Lovely stay

Our family had a wonderful time at the house! Our teenagers loved the loft and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views from the porches were incredible. Hopefully we will be back!

Wonderful beach house

Mary’s beach house has everything you could wish for : super clean, well equiped, quiet neighbourhood, gorgeous views (with sunrise on one side and sunset on the other!), veranda for morning coffees. It is a perfect house for a group. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We loved the wrap around decks on the two main floors and the smaller deck on the top floor. The house was clean and spacious. The kids loved the loft area. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location for a family trip

We had a great stay - beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset. Close proximity to the beach which was fantastic for our small children. The house was accommodating to our extended family which included both small children and grandparents. The only complaints we had were that none of the beds were made upon arrival, and there were no beach towels (so we had to make a quick run to buy some). We would stay again, thanks, Mary!

Great time

The owner was great and answered all questions quickly. The house was the perfect size for my brother’s and my families. It was a short walk to the beach. Plus, we loved the option to drive our 4WD onto the beach with all our stuff. We had a great time and would recommend!! Thanks!

Beautiful home & Beautiful views

This beautiful home has so many beautiful views! Front, back and side porches. Spacious home with comfortable furniture and beds. Outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off. The upstairs loft area is awesome for kids/teens. Perfect beach house. Hope to come back again!

Best vacation in years

This property offered exactly what we needed. Every comfort of home was at your fingertips. Our party members were ages 1-95 and everyone easily found a “home base” in the house, which is the best house on this side of the island, no question! The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and even the neighbors made us feel at home. You’re only a short drive from the city, if you want shopping or night life. Communication with the owner was a breeze, and she answered all of our questions promptly and kindly. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We look forward to booking year after year.

Great views & location

House is the perfect distance from the beach. Even with 3 kids in tow it was such a quick walk. There were fabulous beach views from the back of the house and then amazing sunsets over the sound from the front! The stairs were a bit daunting with heavy coolers, older parents, young children, and being pregnant. However, that just meant we got our workout in and could eat more snacks. Host was so wonderful to work with and great communication! Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. The stairs can be tough when unpacking and packing or bringing groceries up, but they were fine for us. They house was very clean inside. We did have to buy hand soap for the bathrooms, and the outside trash can was nasty, but overall the house was amazing. I would definitely recommend for anyone that can do stairs and doesn’t mind a short walk to the beach. They do have an elevator, but only allowed access for certain people.

Wedding Weekend

The home has stunning views. (Views from every room) A tremendous amount of deck space. Open layout allows for family gatherings. Quiet location. Close to the beach. Perfect get away. We would recommend to family and friends and will stay their again.

The house has 360 degree views, perfect for star gazing, sunrises and sunsets. The owner responds quickly to any inquiries. The house is well appointed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect house for our family beach week!

We loved it! This house was perfect for my family of four (including two teen sons) and my in-law's family of four (including two teen daughters) and my father-in-law (9 of us total). The house was super clean, was decorated beautifully, had large spacious rooms, was well stocked in the kitchen with cooking supplies/utensils, etc., was a short walk from the beach and OH MY the VIEWS!! From one side of the house you could see out to the ocean, from the other side you could see out to the inlet/marsh, and from the space in between you could see out to where the inlet and ocean meet. AMAZING! We got to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset from the house and they were beautiful! The owner, Mary, was very easy to work with, responded to messages promptly and was super nice! We had a great week and would definitely stay here again! Thank you! :)

As Advertised

Great place! Plenty of room for 2 families. Views are out of this world. Make a left out of driveway to get to the best places to relax on the beach. You will have the urge to make a right, and that way is closer to a beach access point but it is not a safe place to swim and play on the beach. Very peaceful place and neighbors were very nice to us. There are places to fish, crab, dine and play.

Amazing rare place where one can enjoy mesmerizing sunrise , sunset and sea view from home patios .

Home location is awesome and steps away from the beach . This house was equipped and kitchen was fully loaded . Everything was clean and neat . Interior was beautiful which gives you relaxed stay feel . A very kid friendly house, we had lovely stay and grabbed beautiful memories !!!

Great for Families

The house is beautiful which is especially nice since we were inside each afternoon with small children resting! The current is strong and unsafe, but we easily found areas of tidal pools for the kids to play safely in! If you have a baby and want a closed off area for sleep for them, the master closet is big enough for a pack n play! The Master shower was huge! It's overall a beautifully decorated and large home! My 3 year old grandson keeps saying he wants to go to my new house!

Wedding at the beach

We stayed here for my daughters wedding. The house made it so all of my family could stay together. That was important to me. We had plenty of room and a beautiful view.
