Awesome place to stay. The host is very responsive, great views of the ocean, just a few yards from the beach. You never know what the sleeping situation will be like but this rental had the most comfortable beds. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great beach week

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Villas. Easy access to the beach and the community pool was a big hit for all. The home was comfortable, clean, and gave everyone a chance to re-connect. The host was great. We would definitely return.

Amazing weekend

Our stay was phenomenal! The property manger was on point with instructions and guidance to from and around the property. Close to the beach and great amenities. We were very thankful for the opportunity to stay here. Definitely will be booking in the future!

Hidden Gem

This is an amazing property with a very responsive and accommodating owner. Our extended family has rented a property every Labor Day for over 20 years, so we’ve seen it all. We’ve never seen a property that offers this much that is managed so well at this price point. The location can’t be beat with views of the ocean from the front and beautiful views of the inlet from EVERY FLOOR of this property. It’s a short walk to the beach OR the community pool! We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the staging of this property. There were no “budget” amenities used in this property. Quality towels and sheets in the masters and plush TP in each bathroom. The property was very clean and spacious with plenty of patio furniture for large groups to hang out on any of the 6 decks! The elevator is a life saver and a much appreciated feature. Conveniently located outdoor washing stations for getting all the sand off of yourself and gear. The owner responded to inquiries faster than a teenager to an Instagram post and was very reasonable and accommodating. We can’t say enough good things about this property, and trust me we have family members who would have said something if they were thinking it. No hesitation to coming back here again.

Time to relax

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a little hiccup getting access to the house, but once we were in, it was smooth sailing. Really loved the overall environment. Lots of other families with children and plenty of space on the beach.

Wonderful trip!! 5 stars!!

Property was very clean and clutter free. Host had lots of little extras, like soap, toothbrushes, and snacks for everyone. A little added touch we loved was the extra blankets on each bed! Host was very responsive and helpful! I feel we will be back for another family vacation!

Another great year in Topsail

We come to Topsail every two years, but this was our first time staying at this particular duplex. The property was clean and exactly what we expected from pictures in the online listing. It was nice to have the sheets already on the beds and ready to go when we walked in. It was easy to communicate with our host and check in/check out was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

We loved our week at this house! Great place for a family vacation with plenty of sleeping space (we had 13) and great proximity to the beach! The property was well maintained and very clean!

Wonderful location - Fantastic accomodations

This property was perfectly described. It was a short walk from front door to beach. It had a clean neighborhood pool. It was supplied with ample household supplies as well as games. The kids especially loved the soft blankets provided to each room. The host went above and beyond by providing things often left behind (tooth brush, toothpaste, bar of soap, etc.) The host was also quick to respond to me when I did have a question. Neighbor was friendly and other renters were respectful. Would highly recommend.

Nice House, Great Proximity to the beach

We had a great stay in Topsail Beach! The house is very spacious, with up to date features and is well maintained. The owner was very responsive to questions, and texted us back immediately when we had an issue finding the code to access the unit on check in day. Easy walk to the beach, which was not super crowded! Having a community pool was a nice bonus, especially travelling with little ones, it's a relief not to worry about a pool that is attached to a property. Linens and towels are another bonus for this house. Definitely recommend this as a great place for a relaxing week!
