The house was very spacious and very clean. The master bedroom bathroom was BIG. The host was very responsive every time we checked in for something. I nice care package of snacks greeted us on the counter upon arrival which a thoughtful welcome. We are able to check in a little earlier which was also very accommodating by our host.

The host and the house were wonderful - no complaints at all! The house is very spacious! The neighborhood… is questionable. Our uber drivers said overall it’s getting better but we were very close to a not so good part of town. We had planned on walking to broadway most of the time but we definitely could not walk in that neighborhood. Marleez is wonderful to work with!

We were in Nashville to celebrate our twins’ 21st birthday with their friends, and this place was a great choice. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit early and even letting us back in later to retrieve a forgotten item.The home was spacious and offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out. They also provided some snacks, which was a really nice touch. The location was convenient—only about a 5-minute, 10 Uber ride to downtown.The neighborhood is in the process of transitioning, so there aren’t places within walking distance yet, but we felt safe and had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Marleez was always available for questions, always answered promptly. The property was immaculate, the amenities were exactly what we needed. The house is gorgeous. The one complaint I have is towards VRBO. When I initially made my reservation, I never received a confirmation and/or reservation number. When I adjusted my stay adding 3 nights, I received that reservation confirmation immediately but could never see the initial reservation myself. Marleez was very helpful in confirming with me that I was all set and that I did have t g e reservation for the 17th through the 20th as well as the 20th through the 23rd

Perfect Location!

The house was amazing, it was so clean and spacious. The property is perfectly located and easy to get to from the airport and to downtown Broadway. The manager was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I am going to recommend this property to others that may travel to Nashville. I am definitely going to book this house again when travel there again. This was better than any hotel.

We had 10 people for our trip. House was great, had the space and bedrooms needed to accommodate everyone. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the house was in a good spot. The host always responded quickly to answer questions for us. Even brought us extra towels when we needed.

I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect. The host was available and communicated well. The charcuterie board was nice at check-in. The area looks to be upgrading buildings and homes. We used Uber and traveled together. Overall, we had a great weekend.

House is nice in a not so great neighborhood that seems to be improving. Nice touch with welcome basket but lacked some basics like soap and shampoo in the shower!

Bachelorette weekend

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette in Nashville and it was a great time! Marleez was great and very accommodating for our check in and our stay. The house was clean and Marleez provided nice touches to make our time extra special. We didn’t have any issues with safety, but every Uber driver we had commented on how the house was in a sketchy part of Nashville and recommended we take Ubers rather than walk anywhere. Aside from that, the house was great and a short ride to Broadway! We loved our time in Nashville and will definitely be returning.

The property was neat, clean, and spacious. It was conveniently located to all areas of Nashville. Just a short uber ride away! The host was responsive to all questions. My only recommendation is that despite the neighborhoods harmless appearance you don't attempt to walk the area. There are dangerous areas just a short distance away as we found out while attempting to walk. Several people in the neighborhood as well as multiple uber drivers warned us from trying that again!

Nice location for Nashville visit

This was my first visit to Nashville, and I was looking for a place to stay that would be close enough to downtown and midtown so I could experience all that the city has to offer. When we first entered the neighborhood, we weren't too sure about the location. However, it turned out that the neighborhood was fine, and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and has enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property is full of upgrades and obviously well maintained. The beds are all comfy and the bathrooms have soft, fluffy towels. The location is great for getting downtown and midtown, which makes getting out to see the sites and listen to music quick and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this property to everyone. The property management and owners were greatly accommodating and very responsive to any question or request.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Very undesirable neighborhood. Bars on the windows, one window broken and boarded up. Broken window with glass was in pantry in kitchen, safety concern having young children with us. Dirty towel hanging in master closet, garbage found under bed in upstairs bedroom, including an unmarked small gold foil package with a powder substance inside. Not a safe area to walk around, told by 2 separate uber drivers to not walk anywhere from the home, area was not safe. We did not have any problems, but did not walk from the home or hangout outside. When at the home stayed in the house with locked doors.
