This home fully-furnished private home has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and only 6 miles from Disney. Equipped with a private pool, full kitchen, cable, wifi, smart tv, books, and more. Close to all theme parks and Orlando destinations. Only a few miles from Lake Louisa State Park and Margaritaville resort. Extra-wide sidewalks and private neighborhood for walk and enjoyment. Enjoy this piece of paradise with your friends and family for your Orlando vacation.

Pool heat is an additional charge due to electric consumption. Please discuss with host regarding your pool heating needs to see how much the cost will be. Price is determined by season, duration of stay and desired temperature.

Dogs under 35 lbs are acceptable for an additional $75. No more than two dogs are acceptable. Animals should be up to date of any shots, vaccines or veterinarian needs. Animals are the owners responsibility. Pets are not allowed in pool or outside area left unattended or unleashed.

The host was amazing at communication and very accommodating. The house was very clean, all though the carpeting and furnishings were rather worn. The location was near a main road and very loud at all times of the night for the 2 bedrooms closest to the pool. The pool heat was nice, towels and some toys were available for use. The kitchen had a brand new set of pots and pans and all other appliances you could need!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed, it was close to the parks, and the heated pool was wonderful to relax in. Brittany was a great host as well and replied to messages promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando!

Disney Birthday

It was amazing! Never stayed at a Vrbo that was so well stocked and supplied! Close to the parks so we were able to come back midday for lunch. The pool was great to relax in after all the walking at the parks! The host was very quick to respond to our messages. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Birthday Trip to Disney

This house was perfect for our family of 7. It was the perfect location for groceries and restaurants, but best of all, close to the Disney parks. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was wonderful after a long day at the park to rest and relax! There were games, cards, dominos and we enjoyed doing a puzzle together too. We loved that this place was dog friendly also. If we'd go back to the Disney parks, this would be a location we would visit again.

When we arrived we expected a beautiful home, but the pictures don't do this home justice. It was perfect for my family. The home owner was very accommodating. The kitchen was perfect, from the cook ware to the dishes. The home owner was very thoughtful and checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed to have a great and memorable experience. I definitely will be looking to return to this home in the near future. Thank you fir the great experience we got to enjoy..5 stars

Best Rental Yet!

Our stay was for 7 weeks, so we got to know the property and location very well. The house is exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The house location is close to shopping, restaurants, Disney and Medical (stand alone ER and Hospital). The owner / host is very easy to work with and responds very quick if anything is needed. Beds were comfortable, which is unusual for a rental. A little traffic noise, but we have had that with all of the other homes we have rented over time. Would absolutely recommend to friends and would stay here again in the future.

Great place for family stay near Disney and Universal

Our family of adults was looking for an Orlando area property without needing to rent multiple hotel rooms. The host did a great job communicating before, during and at the end of our stay. The listing is accurate - what you see is what you get. Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms allowed everyone to enjoy their privacy. We made use of the pool and charcoal BBQ. We had our small dog with us and the neighbourhood was nice for walking. Great internet and cable package. All towels and linens were provided, kitchen was well equipped. There is some road noise on the road that runs behind the house but it wasn’t a bother. We liked being minutes away from shopping and the back roads made it quick (20-30 min) to get to Disney/Universal. We would stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at Brittany's Kissimmee home. Brittany was a great host with quick answers to any questions we had. The home is located close to all the Disney properties and several other entertainment venues. A great location to base your stay in Kissimmee.

Perfect location for attractions

We had a great time, the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms and pool area was good. Brittany is incredible she was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Property and Brittany were great. Only complaint would be to add few more towels for each bath. Other than that would definitely stay again !
