Family Trip

It was a wonderful stay. Our ac unit stopped working while we stayed and the owner was prompt into helping us solve the problem while waiting for technician. I would highly recommend staying there! Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Nice home in its day, but needs a full Reno, but was very clean.They allowed pets and charged a fee for the pet and then charged extra cleaning fee because of dog hair.75 extra, not the end of the world So all in all I would stay there again, if price reflected age and condition of the houseI feel we paid a premium priceOwners were great on communication

Property was clean. Pool/hot tub was great for sore legs after walking Disney all day. House has an open design and gives a feel of a lot of living space. Beautiful master bath. Short ride to Disney though traffic makes it take longer at times

Winter vacation

A lot of house for the 2 of us. We kept the doors closed to 3 other bedrooms and used only master bedroom. We enjoyed the heated pool. We had problem with remote to TV, but they sent someone out next day to show us how to use it. Upkeep on property was good. During our 2 weeks, pooL man was there on Wednesdays , exterminator came second week for their monthly upkeep and lawn service came. Very nice 2 week stay.The king size bed could have had a bit more padding. Very nice home.

Great location.

Clean home in a quiet area. Loved the heated pool and new bbq. All amenities. Great walking neighbourhood for our little dog - park nearby.

Nice place to stay and close to Disney World

We had a very nice place to stay and it was close to Disney World. Check your bed before going to bed. My bride and couldn't figure out why the bed was so hard but when we stripped the bed for our departure we found out the bed was upside down and we were sleeping on the underside base of the mattress. It was painful. We left a day early. There was 2 dead cockroaches when we arrived in the dining room area. However, this is not necessarily a negative. They were dead so pest control works well. The toilet bowl in the master bedroom looked at it hadn't been cleaned. It had a ring on the inside of the bowl. Overall , the place is nice and they provide entertainment for teenage children and adults. They also provide extras like 2 strollers and 1 high chair for young children. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

Universal Stay

House was very nice. Pool area nice. Kitchen well equipped, and bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. Only flaw, which is probably not the owner's fault, but rather the landscaper responsible for taking care of the property. Lawn needed mowed badly and hedges/palm had been neglected by service provider. Recommend replacing lawn care provider.

2024 review

I visited Sam’s property in June for my grandsons birthday, the cleanliness of the property was okay, the house and dishes were clean however a pair of underwear were found in one of the bedrooms. The check in process was easy and simple there were no issues there. However in the listing description there is no notice to the 2 cameras facing the pool , jacuzzi, and in view of the sitting area, we were unaware until we arrived it made us very uncomfortable due to us not being notified before hand. On the other hand the neighborhood was nice and safe

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The heater went out so the hot tub didn’t work the first 3 days but the owners did act promptly and get it fixed. Lots of room for the kids and adults to enjoy

Everything the listing promised and then some! Great location with easy access to Disney parks, shopping, dining, etc. House was clean and well-stocked with basic necessities. Quick responses for simple questions we had for owner and property manager. Really appreciated the perfect pool temperature that allowed for late October swimming! We would definitely return for another stay!

Beautiful vacation getaway

The pictures do not do the property justice. The home is a lot bigger in person which was a great unexpected surprise. The kitchen had everything needed and more. I was sad to find out the property is not actually fenced in preventing my dog to run free in the yard. But there is a park one block away that she enjoyed going to everyday. We needed the property managers help with a 2nd Spectrum visit and she showed up within minutes of calling. She noticed the pool needed attention and had a pool guy out within 15 minutes. Two hours later it was sparkling and clear. Perfect timing while we went for a hike. Absolutely amazing service. The only part I would give a rating of 1 is Spectrum coming out twice and attempted a 3rd visit. Sadly we were unable to help them due to we didn’t know where the devices were that they were attempting to fix. The ones we located had no issues so we felt bad that we couldn’t help. The property manager scheduled the 3rd visit after we left so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Again amazing service from her. All in all I give a 4/5 stars and would definitely recommend this home for your vacation getaway.

Great location! Loved the hot tub outdoor area :) Everything was in working condition except the TVs wouldn’t work the last night. Nice size rooms and comfy beds :)

Great vacay!!!

I booked this trip with the sole purpose of doing absolutely nothing. I enjoyed having the pool in the backyard, as did my son and his friend. It was such a great stay, and we had no plans to do anything, unless we absolutely wanted to do something. Needless to say, we got a lot of rest while we were there. We were close to Tampa, which we visited. And we took a couple of trips into Orlando, which we enjoyed. The home was convenient to both. We did have one issue on a Sunday night, and we texted the property manager, who showed up at our house on Monday morning before business hours were even open. She handled the problem immediately, and we were so appreciative. We plan to book again next summer.

We love to travel to Orlando. We used to visit there with our kids many times, and we fell in love with the area, and decided to purchase the house as a second home. We still go when ever we can, and we decided to rent it out when we are not there, so that others can enjoy Disney and Orlando sights as we have. Our kids love to go with their friends and we go periodically with friends as well. We love to travel, and enjoy the warm weather especially in the winter and its close enough, so its an easy getaway.

We chose to buy this vacation home, so that our family and friends can come with us and enjoy the warm weather in the winter and all the attractions and fun sites around. We love to go do downtown disney, old town, flea markets and City Walk in the evenings for fun and entertainment. We love to entertain our friends, and we do it quite often. Our kids love to go to with their friends, and what better way to enjoy a home away from home with all the luxuries and conveniences. We get great feedback from all our guests and we are proud to share this with everyone.

Some of the great benefits are including golfing, shopping, Disney and all the attractions. So that everytime we are there, we go to a new place. We always have friends join us, as well as visitors from other states and out of the country. We are in one of the greatest locations in this country, so why not enjoy a full 4BR villa with private pool and jacuzzi, game room and all the best features of a vacation home. What a great way to travel and not stay in a hotel. For the same price as a hotel room you get an entire house with all the comforts of home and more.
