Great Location for UC, neat place!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is ideal for visiting campus and the apartment itself is just really neat! The only negative is the lack of pots/pans to make food but not a big deal as we were able to make do!

Great location, close to campus

This is a cool, urban, and comfortable place to stay. We were helping our daughter move into an apartment on Short Vine and it was very convenient, walkable to the store and her new place. I loved all the nooks and crannies in the space. The water and other amenities were much appreciated, especially with the hot and humid weather. Very clean, easy check in, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of narural light. Owner was very communicative

Perfect for our needs.

My family (including very small children) stayed here while visiting friends. It was very clean and comfortable, within walking distance of a grocery store, and easily accessed. There are two very big flights of stairs, so if you struggle with stairs that may be an issue, but we enjoyed having separated areas which helped managing kids vs adult space during bedtimes. Very convenient space with all necessary amenities to feel at home! Thank you.

Reasonably quiet neighborhood and we were not disturbed by the other occupents.I had stayed in the 4th apartment which is the top floor. The air conditioner could keep up with cooling. It was hot during our stay.Easy checkin. Off street parking, 1 lot, tight fit. A large SUV or pickup may not fit. Street parking appeared safe.Provided breakfast was packages of oatmeal.Claims the stay for up to 6 people, however, there is only comfortable seating for 3 and tableware for 4. Kitchen supplies are limited. There was a bandaid on the shower wall when we arrived. The dial for the oven is incorrect, off is not off.I would consider staying again but not in the 4th apartment in the summer.

Perfect for an adult get away

I had a friends re-union with my high school buds, perfect place for that, close to bars and restaurants. I will say the neighborhood got a little rough the night we were there. (College game day) so keep that in mind. Lots of noise and shouting till late into the evening.

Thank you for coming. I am very sensitive to smoke. This is a non smoking building in all units. You smoke in the apartment, but everything else was good. This was a house rule no smoking and no smoking signs was in every room.

Cincinnati Stay

The place was decently cleaned, but did smell like smoke. I felt comfortable there, but the smoke smell did bother us. We did have an issue with someone else knowing the code and coming into where my young son was sleeping in the middle of the night. It was quite frightening for him and us as well. After quite a bit of communication with the property owner, the code was able to be changed and no further issues were had. It was in great walking distance to restaurants and the Children's hospital was easy to access.

My building is a smoke free building. I don't allow smoking. Sorry, about the instantly, I did response to you very quickly even though I was out of the country on vacation. Hope you come again!
