Great location to UofC. Only area of improvement was floor was a little sticky in a couple of places. Nothing concerning, as I would 100% recommend this place to others.

Super cool roomy house

Love this gem. Two floors great for two couples or a group. Sitting area and bedroom upstairs. And kitchen and bedroom done. Very nice property and a good location

I was here To visit my nephew. It was walkable to the university and n a great location to stores and restaurants. A quick Uber ride to the baseball stadium. Clean and a nice set up for a group of people.

Its was perfect for our 3 day stay. Originally wanted to stay 2 nights but decided to stay an extra night. I didnt see it available online but emailed the owner and she took care of everything for me. She was absolutely amazing!!!! Super clean environment with lots of accommodations. We chose this property owing to its proximity to Nippert Stadium / the University of Cincinnati. Our reason for visiting was two-fold - UC Homecoming and Cincinnati tourism. Both goals were met. The availabily of numbered, off street parking was a huge plus - especially over the Homecoming weekend. The room was comfortable and as advertised. HVAC worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and brought us AAA batteries when the TV remote would not work. The only minor issue was detail cleanliness - the floors, window sills, ledges need a good deep cleaning. Recommended - especially for events at UC!

Nice place overall. A bit loud at times due to the other tenants. And the parking is very tight for larger vehicles. None of those things are things the owner can really help.

I tried my best. Before there was no parking at all. I created free parking spaces for all guests. Somethings like noise from othe tenant I can not do anything about. Can not please everyone, but I ready try hard to please all of my guest.

Great location

The apartment was great. Easy access & close to all you will need. One block away from the University of Cincinnati. Plenty of place to go eat or order from. Krogers is literally around the corner for any essentials & snacks during your stay. Finley Market is a must visit & less than 5 miles away. Quiet area & no issues even though in a college sitting. Parking space provided, but can be tight if you have a Tahoe or Suburban type vehicle. This is our second time staying at this location. Owner was great & easy to contact.. Highly recommend.
