GREAT VILLA!!

I decided to travel to Turks for my birthday and not only was the island amazing so was this Villa. Crayton is such a great host! He literally thought of everything you may need. I rented a car through him as well, going through the rental car agencies was a $500 deposit. The speakers in the ceiling on the inside and outside definitely allow for great vibes. Definitely would book again, it’s worth the price!

Amazing property on a quiet part of Grace Bay

We just got back from 9 fantastic days in Caicos, staying at this amazing property in Turtle Cove (part of the renowned Grace Bay). First, we stayed in Villa 4A that is a two story villa with the bedroom and main bath upstairs and a full kitchen, family room, eating area and bathroom on the main level. I am not cure how old the villa is but it was essentially brand new, together with what looked to be all new appliances, furniture, etc. Each level has its own walkout patio/deck with the upstairs having nice views of the ocean. We liked both spaces as on a couple of windier days, we could sit out on the main level and be protected from the wind and then go upstairs to see the ocean. The property had two really nice pools. One right outside of our villa and a second, larger pool not more than 100 feet away, again looking out to the ocean. We really liked being away from the resorts with the beach right in front of the pools but a very easy walk on the beach, to the resort area of Grave Bay. It really couldn’t have been any better for us. They have bicycles in front of each villa that you can use along with paddle boards and clear bottom catamarans that anyone stayin on the property can use. A huge bonus is having half a dozen restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We did Turks Waves every mornin for breakfast (the omelets are a highlight and really big). Then for dinners Baci is about the best Italian food we had outside of Italy or New York (make sure to make reservations). Then Magnolia, up the hill is definitely worth checking out and Mango, for a very lively, fun and diverse menu. This was our second trip to Caicos and we will definitely be staying here for our future trips. Oh, and Crayton is fantastic. Great communication, always wanting to make sure we had what we needed and just a really nice person. One of the best vacations to the Caribbean we have ever had.

First time visiting TCI

Property was just as advertised. Great location; walkable to turtle cove; quiet, sandy beaches with crystal clear water. Would recommend car rental for getting to shopping areas and around the island. Host was quick to respond. Felt like our own slice of paradise for the week.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a rare getaway in paradise. We stayed in 4A, a lovely 2 story villa with a spacious modern second floor bedroom and scenic balcony. The villa was meticulous and very comfortable . The property was beautiful and exquisitely maintained. We felt as though we had a lot of privacy and we loved the location. It is within 5-10 minutes of the IGA and many great restaurants (highly recommend the Bistro!) yet the beach and surrounding area at the property was always very quiet. We were refreshed and very happy we treated ourselves to Villa Del Evan. Would definately love to go back!

I will definitely be coming back !

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The property was exactly as advertised and even more breathtaking in person. The owner and his staff adhered to all of our requested accommodations and truly made our experience unforgettable. The property is located in such a perfect area near popular attractions. We had access to in-house cleaning, fast wifi, and were able to rent a vehicle that allowed us to explore the area as well as get to our planned activities; all with the help of the owner and his staff. I will absolutely be recommending this property and I can’t wait to come back!
