We had the best time. Two couples, Spent 10 days. Accomodations were great, exactly as advertised. We rented a car from Grace Bay rental. Easy out and in. Went to a different beach abd restaurat every night. The island itself is pricey so beware. Grace bay iga is cheaper than the gourmet one near all the resorts. Couple of things, no live tv and coulsnt access my youtuberv to watch sport's even recorded. The house only provide 4 bath and 4 beach towels which would be fine but the washing machine could only handle two towels at a time, so would have been nice to have an extra set or a larger washing machine. All and all the trip was amazing, would highly recommend this house. Having the pool was a plus too

Great Stay

This property is great. It is located in a good spot and is a short drive to anywhere. It was clean, well stocked, excellently maintained. House was private and worked well for our group of 4, Two couples. Renting a car is a must from this home. The host was very responsive. Island is great. We would definitely stay here again.

This house and pool is very nice, nicely furnished, very conveniently located near Long Bay Beach. Would definitely re on end this for a vacation!!

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom house just up from the long bay beach. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and Shante (the house manager was excellent). Would totally recommend this for anyone wanting a secluded get away to Provo.

Very nice house!

Such a great house! We loved the location, it was such a short drive to the beach. The pool was nice and relaxing. 2 master bedrooms with very nice bathrooms. This was a perfect set up for my family. The check in/check out was super smooth and easy! Any questions we had were answered very quickly. There is a house being built next door but we literally never heard anything. We will for sure be returning to the island and would love to stay at this house again!

Great time!!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is clean, modern and smells good. (Always my number one concern) The property manager is so pleasant to deal with and helped us out in many areas. She is a native and knows all about the Island so that’s a big plus. Please note that they were very strict about checking in and out so keep that in mind if you were relying on an extra hour here or there.

Great house

The house was great, pool was great. We didn't try to walk to beach as it seemed further than the 8-10 minute walk that is listed. We liked having a gate to the property. Not many neighbors so was quiet most days. There was construction on the next lot for one day but we had left the house for the day so was not bothersome. Location is not far from things to do, but rental car is highly recommended. Host and manager are very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Relaxing villa away from Grace Bay

We spent 6 nights at the Hang Five Surf Villa in late Feb/early March 2024. Although there were only two of us, it would also be ideal for a family or two couples. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and having beach towels and chairs provided was great! Pool was small but refreshing on hot days. Villa is off the beaten path yet still within 10-15 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, and some incredible beaches. We had a rental car which gave us the freedom to explore. Check in/out was very smooth and they even accommodated us with late check out. Construction on the island is prominent and there is a new home being built next door (poolside) which was a bit of a surprise to us. Workers were onsite every day which did take away from the quiet seclusion a bit. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this villa.

Great Option for Turks & Caicos

We are a family of four with two teenage kids and were very happy with this rental. This 2 bedroom is efficiently designed. The bedrooms are actually quite large and both bedrooms have their own very nice bathrooms. There is a modern kitchen and a family room within the open design, with a nice flat screen TV. The back of the house features a covered lanai area with nice chairs, a pool and grill. The front of the house is beautifully landscaped and there is even a gate, although we never felt unsafe during our visit anywhere on the island. While there can be some activity outside in the neighborhood, there are no direct neighbors and the evenings are peaceful. While you're not likely to walk anywhere directly from the property, most places you do go to will be a relatively short drive, with Grace Bay only 5-10 minutes away. The local property manager, Shante, was excellent although we didn't really need her for anything which in itself says a lot about this property. We would definitely stay here again when we return to T&C, it's a very nice place for the money.

Long Bay Luxury

We had an amazing stay at this Long Bay Hills Villa. We LOVED the pool, although my wife was hoping it would have been heated. (Probably not a thing in warm tropical climates) we LOVED the property landscaping and the premium feel the place exudes. The only downside to our stay was lots of construction going on in the neighborhood, but this won’t be happening all the time, just happened to align with our stay. Our first morning there they were tearing up the road with a big backhoe. The feeling of complete seclusion is definitely a plus compared to a crowded hotel. The premises is secured with a gate and all doors and windows lock. There were occasionally construction workers walking along the road that would look up to where we were hanging out on the back of the property. So we were not invisible to passersby. Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer and VERY nice showers. We even used the BBQ on the patio to grill up some steaks we bought at the local grocery store. The location is literally 5-8 minute drive to most of the Grace Bay restaurants and snorkeling. Long Bay Beach makes for great walks and the kite surfers were very fun to watch. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going the short term rental route.

Personal Private Paradise

Gorgeous venue with all of the amenities you could ask for... Outdoors: Gorgeous landscaping pool with lighting for night swims, floats for the pool, extremely comfortable chaise lounges and deck chairs, Sonos sound system, grill, beach chairs for the beach, towels for the pool and/or beach, and even two pair of snorkeling gear. Indoors: Living room with TV, dining room table, indoor Sonos sound system, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with beautiful showers, and a loaded kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, espresso machine, and all the utensils, glassware, pots and pans you could need. There are plastic plates, metal cups to use outside, and glassware if you choose to eat inside. Privacy: Home is on a very low-traffic road, gated for great security but offers great privacy. There are some new homes being built on the street currently so the extremely secluded privacy may unfortunately not last forever. Check-In/Out + Communication: Honestly could not have asked for a better, more accommodating host or easy check-in/out procedure. Tips: 1. Rent a car. You'll need a car to get around the island, there is no public transportation or regulated taxi service. I highly suggest Grace Bay Rentals. They were very easy to work with and are right across the street from the airport exit. 2. On your way in (or after you get checked in but you pass it on the way in on Leeward Highway) stop at Graceway IGA and stock up on groceries and alcohol. The home has everything you need to cook a great meal or mix drinks and while groceries are expensive on the island, restaurants are really expensive, and while there are some solid restaurant options nothing was mind-blowing. We are big restaurant people but we ate all but three meals at home and we were very happy with our decision. 3. If you have the option to pick up liquor duty-free on the way in do so as liquor is expensive. Also, you cannot legally purchase liquor, beer, or wine on Sunday. 4. Beaches...I truly think on Provo you can't make a wrong call. Grace Bay is often considered the number one beach in the world and the sunsets there are to die for, however, we preferred Long Bay Beach which was only a 3-minute drive from the home. The water is calmer and you can walk over a mile out and the water is only waist high. I also recommend renting at jetski there to check out the La Famille shipwreck and Captain Oak's Floating Tiki Bar

So Close to 5 Star

Overall the property and house was great. The house and pool was a good size for the two of us. The AC was a huge plus (bedrooms and living area). The house had everything we needed. The biggest negative was the outside grill, it was just too dirty to be used. It needs a good cleaning. We had a minor issue with the indoor gas burners but a quick message to Shante, our local property contact, and it was straightened right out. Be aware, there is construction next door so there was noise while out by the pool. These were all minor negatives for us, this house will be on our return list.
