Bass & Sun Condominium Pool View !!! 2/2 Bedroom

Two bedroom two bath fully furnished condo at the Bass and Sun Condominium Complex. This is a no smoking condo This is 2ND FLOOR CONDO NO ELEVATOR, Condo has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It has a fully furnished kitchen and counter seating for four, The living room has leather couches one of which is a sectional and pulls out into a bed, Master bedroom suite including King size bed, The 2ND bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The living room and ALL bedrooms all have flat screen tv's with cable. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and a furnished back porch that gives you access to a spacious back yard right on the canal with a view of the lock and lake. The marina is steps away from the front door with all the extra tackle you could need, gas for your boat, and a boat slip just in case you wanted to leave the boat in the water. Here at Bass and Sun you get access to the heated pool, a full tennis court, and a basketball court. Within walking distance is Roland Martin's which has shopping and a full service restaurant.

Great Condo

Dmitri was more than accommodating on check in and communication during our stay. This condo has been updated recently - very nice. Has everything needed. This is an annual trip for us - hope to rent the same unit next year!!

Fishing trip

Our stay was great. The condo itself was very clean and was centrally located with great views. It was also very well equipped and some of the things I brought with me I never had to use because these things were already provided by the owner. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great vacation spot

Great place

My husband fishes tournaments and our kids travel with us. This was perfect since its at the marina. Clean, roomy, and comfortable. The pool was a great for the kids. Friendly neighbors. The food at the marina is great. Great comminucation with the owner. Fast responses and very accomidating. We will definently be back.

Great fishing destination

I wanted a place that was easy to park my truck and boat. Easy access to plug in my boat. 3 minute drive to boat landing. That was nice!! My wife and I were really impressed with the condo. Modern appliances that were easy to use. A nice view of the pool, walking distance to the tiki bar and restaurant.

Great Week in Clewiston

Our stay was Wonderfull. The condo was clean, spacious, and and in a great location. It was within walking distance of the Tiki bar and Roland Martin's Marina. We trailored a boat there and had no issues with parking or servicing. There is a fish cleaning area that is also a big help for local sportsman. Clewiston is a great small town for people that want to enjoy Okeechobee and the Everglades. Our host has a great place to be a launchpad for all the area has to offer. We will be back again!.

There was a lot of stuff that did not work and it wasn’t very clean

None of the plug ins in the bathroom did not work and some of the lamps where broke and hanging over the towels were just thrown in the cabinets and there was no extra toilet paper or trash bags. The host was not very friendly either and it was kind of hard to get info about how to get in the condo. It was definitely not what I would consider clean. It was definitely not newly renovated like it says in the listing. The pool was great though.
