Ground floor condo on the Big Lake Okeechobee with a view of the Boat Ramp marina area. Closest unit to Roland Mary Ann martin`s marina/tiki bar restaurant (Approx 50 yards) High speed wifi, basic amenities, comfortable home like atmosphere. Keurig K Cup single cup coffee brewer.



Screened in patio with seating area, HDTV flat screen TV in the living room with cable, netflix and pandora radio. Additiional TV with cable in guest bedroom.



Parking directly in front of unit. Lower level. One designated spot labeled with unit #. Any additional parking must use `guest` parking.



I am typically available via cell phone, text and email.



Located only a few steps away from the Tiki Bar and marina. Boat ramps close by as well. Only a couple traffic lights away form the heart of Clewiston for shipping and additional restaurants and bars.



Getting around Clewiston is very easy, very little traffic, most places within walking distance and perfect area for a bike ride. Limited taxi service in town so ideally drive, walk or bike.

We just wrapped up an incredible week that exceeded every expectation!From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The condo was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a family stay. We had plenty of room to relax after long days on the water, and the full kitchen made it easy to cook meals and enjoy time together in the evenings.This is our 3rd year renting from this host and every year is exceptional! Excellent communication and clean and comfortable properties!! Our family made great memories this week—early mornings on the water, big catches, and relaxing evenings together. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and world-class fishing, this is absolutely the place to stay.We will definitely be back!

We were only in town for 2 days for graduation so was a perfect landing spot for us. Unit has some renovations, screened porch was a nice option to enjoy. Pool area was nice. Host was super responsive. Would stay again.
