About this space
INDIAN SHORES BEACH 5 minutes from your door! Come relax in this spacious oasis. A home perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy each other's company. Take a dip in the newly remodeled heated pool. The outdoor kitchen and seating areas make it easy to unwind in the wonderful weather throughout your stay. A short leisurely bike ride to a wide array of restaurants, bars, and adventure-filled activities give a variety of fun for everyone.
The space
Come and enjoy yourself in beautiful Seminole, Florida! With no lack of things to do, this home is perfectly located for all your vacation wants and needs. This 1,956 sq ft villa boasts a luxurious interior as well as an inviting outdoor poolside area. The four bedrooms offer a substantial amount of comfort and storage to make your stay feel like home. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to create an artisanal meal if you choose to dine in. Along with the main kitchen, the outdoor cook top allows for more cooking space. Additionally, there is a Blackstone Griddle for your BBQ needs.

After taking in the incredible sunsets, the firepit offers great ambiance. A nightcap by the fire is the perfect way to end the evening!

The sprawling master bedroom is outfitted with a large king size bed. The modern en suite features his and her sinks, sizeable shower, and deluxe soaking tub.

The second room has a comfortable queen size bed, large closet, and has a view of the pool. The third bed bedroom offers full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. There is plenty of closet storage and houses two travel cribs. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle and an electric keyboard piano. Each room has a TV with entertainment app capabilities.

The living room sofa expands out for a full lounge experience to watch your favorite movies on the 85" smart TV. Entertainment apps are installed along with cable television network options.

The Dining room seats 8 and the kitchen comes equipped with single serve coffee pods as well as a standard coffee pot maker. There is an air fryer for convenient cooking.

The garage stores 4 bikes, ranging in sizes, to adventure down the famous Pinellas Trail or explore the beauty of Seminole.

Exceptional property in a perfect location. Worked perfect for my wife and I along with our adult children and two 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. Lots of room with a great pool and patio area in addition to many other amenities. Would definitely consider for future visits. Great hosts and excellent communication as well.

The house was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! There were a few issues that were taken care of promptly. Communication with host was great! Check in and check out was easy. We enjoyed the pool and the big couch! Beds were super comfy and plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our own space!

All guests were impressed with the property upon arrival. Our stay lived up to the initial impression - everyone complimented me the entire stay as the villa was perfect for our 10-women bachelorette weekend! Conveniently located - we enjoyed Mad Beach/ John's Pass, St Pete Pier, Central Ave for karaoke - everything was within a short drive/ Uber ride. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The Host was great and our first trip to Florida couldn’t have gone better. The kids loved the pool and we had a lot of space to spread out. The pictures were accurate and represented the quality of a great house. We would definitely book again!

Amazing getaway!!!

We spent a couple nights in this beautiful home for our annual girls trip. The house was very beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and more. The pool area was amazing!! This house is close to everything and exactly as listed. We were able to drive to public beach access in 5 minutes and had several nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The host was very responsive, giving us plenty of ideas for shopping, beach access and different types of restaurants. It was a great stay and will definitely book again in the future.

This was the perfect house for our group. Beautiful home, Awesome amenities and had everything we needed, down to the dishes. Our girls loved the pool all while the adults loved the lounging... will definitely try to book this house house again.

Great location and Beautiful home

This home is in a great location. Good for a family or group of friends. Centrally located from all beaches and attractions. Outdoor space was great to have with the heated pool, both lounging areas and outdoor kitchen. Would definitely go back if we are in the area!

Florida Family Vacation

Our family wanted a warm getaway with pool and beach time. This was the perfect house. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. The best part of this house is the back patio. The seating is perfect for a group gathering, the pool temperature was just right, and the grill made cooking breakfast and dinner a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Remarkable Property! Incredible Experience!

Our family of four which includes my wife and 2 daughters (Ages 5 & 8) could not have selected a better property for our Spring Break Vacation this year. The property was absolutely everything we could have asked for. A short 5min to the beach front. A short 10-15min to either St. Pete or Clearwater. The easiest and most convenient access you could ask for. The patio and heated pool were an absolute hit with the kids. Have the ability to do an early morning or late evening swim was key. The open floorplan with the sliding doors to the patio is an absolutely incredible feature. The bedroom situation provided far more space than we needed and the girls loved having their own rooms with their own tv access. The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants including and department stores for any of your needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as it has everything you could ask for while providing a luxurious feel for the adults and entertainment for the kids. We intend to return and will certainly recommend this EXCEPTIONAL property. Thank you for hosting our family.
