The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed for a week stay. The pool was refreshing. Communication with Davy was very easy. This is a great place to stay for a family being really close to stores, food etc.

Amazing House

This house was in a great location for our vacation. We hiked Zion, Red Cliffs, and Valley of Fire. Owner was great at communicating, house was clean, and beds were comfortable.

Would definitely stay there again

Great place that had everything we need. Owner doesn't respond to messages via VRBO, but responds great via text message. The cleaning fee should be less, given the expectations for checkout (e.g. clean all dishes and put them away - which can be tough in the morning of checkout. I wouldn't mind putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher given the cleaning fee).

Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and were extremely please with the unit. They had it decorated for Christmas so we were able to put our presents under the tree. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay!

This condo is so nice and roomy! Love that you have a garage to pull into. The club house is just around the corner. The pool was warm! The kids loved it! It is a great place to stay! The owner is very fast on responding with whatever you need while you are staying there.

Family Trip

The property was very nice and clean. It was the perfect size for us (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants). Even after we left one of the adults realized she left her wedding ring and Davy was super helpful in getting it back to us.

We had a comfortable stay in the house, all of us enjoyed the stay tremendously. House was well-equipped and kitchen allowed us to share good special moments. Pool area was fun. We celebrated a birthday and engagement

I'd stay again!

Great neighborhood. Very quiet and a great location. The pool and hot tubs were clean and close to the property. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets and linens. The only drawback was the lack of attention to cleaning. the garage was littered with peanut shells, drink straws and a 5 gallon bucket with trash. Very good communication with the owner.
