Comfortable condo. Beautiful oceanfront location and view. Tall chairs beside the tall table on the balcony would have been nice to allow an unobstructed view of the beach.

Other than the cigar smoke coming from the unit directly above us every morning and evening, we had a wonderful stay. Great views of the beach of course. Unit was in great location for local shopping and restaurants as well. Hope we can stay there again!

This was our second year staying here. We love working with Mr. Brace and the condo is amazing! Great for a week at the beach with two teenage girls! Until next year!!

No parking deck which was great! Park under the building. Balcony is a wrap around with a door to the balcony from living room and primary bedroom. So much space on the balcony. The balcony did not come with high top chairs as advertised in the pictures. The chairs on the balcony are nice but they are low chairs so you look through the balcony rails while trying to view the ocean. There are really nice TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We had a really nice stay. Hamburger Joes and an ice cream shop are within walking distance of the condo.

The place was better then advertised. Great location, very clean, quiet area. The ocean view is amazing. Great communication from host. We will 100% be renting again in the future and would highly recommend. Thank for an amazing stay.

We had an absolutely amazing week here! Condo was perfect for our small family (3 people) with some room to spare. Beach views were fantastic especially for watching the sunrise in the morning. We only had one tiny snag with the door lock but John was quick to respond. I would hands down recommend this condo for your next beach vacation to Myrtle Beach! We will be back!

Wonderful getaway

John did an amazing job and have a wonderful ocean view place, condo was clean, comfortable beds plus washer and dryer in the unit , great location, I will definitely look forward to be back and book again. I highly recommend it , the host thoughtfully provided anything you could need .
