This Siesta Key vacation rental is a 2nd story unit with vaulted ceilings in the living room and an open floor plan that sleeps 2 with a maximum of 4 people. The bed makeup in this rental is a king bed in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper. This rental is great for longer stays or guests who like to cook in since you have a full kitchen and all the items to cook any meal. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment private for your use. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied to you at no charge. This building is a duplex and has another 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment below you. Also on property is a heated pool that is only shared with the 2 apartments. Includes a private screened-in front porch with seating.

Sweet and cozy!

This was a last minute decision for my husband and I and so glad we found this place! It was perfect for us! A very short walk to the beach and with everything we needed at the house to enjoy the beach AND the pool! We are planning to return!

Wonderful Property on Siesta Key

Great property on Siesta Key. Close to beach and SK village. Fully equipped rental that felt like home. Swimming pool was very enjoyable. We are planning to come back next year.

Marlin room

We decided last minute to book a stay in siesta key. The house is in a perfect location to the beach and the village. We never heard the people below us and felt like the place was just ours. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available made the stay even better. We will be back again for sure.

Spring Break w/ grand daughter

We found everything to be very nice with many added touches. A couple packs of coffee, filters, cream, paper towel, toilet paper, beach towels, everything for the beach

. The pool was very nice, I would only suggest a railing for elderly to have something to hold onto

Perfect apartment for enjoying the beach, pool and restaurants. Property was clean and well maintained. Customer service & check in/out process was 10 out of 10. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Perfect getaway.

Property is as listed. Perfect location, about a block and half to the beach, about a 5 block to the village. The pool is great all the beach supplies that you would need. We will certainly return someday.

Great location!

This was a great stay for my husband and I to get away. The pool was great and walking distance to the beach. The owners provide beach chairs & umbrella. I liked the size of this property and the different rooms. We were in the top unit and we didn’t see the people in the bottom unit at all so that was nice. The owners were very responsive. The best thing is the location...a few blocks from the town & a block from the beach!

Great Siesta Key Location

The place was spotless and offered a wonderfully island environment. Communication with this property was seamless. If you are looking for the perfect location in Siesta Key, this is it. Just a couple of blocks away from both the beach and the downtown area. This place is an absolute steal!
