Welcome to "Solace on Siesta" at Casa Mar, your relaxing Siesta Key Beachside condo. Just steps from the world-famous private white quartz sand beach and stunning Gulf Coast sunsets (no roads to cross).

This beautifully designed 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Siesta Key vacation rental is perfect for couples, small families, girls trip or anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape with easy private beach access, modern comforts, and a true island vibe. Natural light and coastal décor create a space that instantly puts you in vacation mode. A king size bed in the bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 4 guests max. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for relaxing meals at home, sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the private patio located just outside the sliding glass doors of the enclosed lanai.

Guests at Casa Mar enjoy access to two heated swimming pools, private beach access with complimentary beach loungers, picnic and BBQ areas, and recreational amenities including tennis, pickleball, basketball and shuffleboard. Covered parking just outside the condo is included for convenience. Casa Mar is a gated resort for your added comfort and peace of mind.

Conveniently located in the middle of the island, hop the trolley out front for easy access to the Siesta Key Village (restaurants, bars, shops). Enjoy a short walk to the shops/restaurants at the South Village or venture off the island just minutes to all that downtown Sarasota has to offer.

For your convenience beach essentials are provided (including portable beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach wagon, small blue-tooth speaker). The condo is equipped with 3 Smart TV's (bedroom, living room and enclosed lanai), WIFI, Cable, Hair Dryer, Free Parking, Laundry Facilities, Gated Community.

This property was more than amazing. Great location with more than enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Transportation picks you up rite up front so you can travel into town for free. Overall great experience. We stayed 5 days.

This was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had with a vacation rental! Host communication was great, the place was very clean, and the pool and the beach were just steps away. The condo had so many thoughtful touches that made our trip even more special - beautiful decor and lighting, extra coffee pods, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, etc. The bed was comfy and the condo is quiet and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back!!

The room exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The decorating throughout the unit was right on key with the environment of a beach property. The host communicated everything from start to finish: she had lists that helped guide through the whole process of being there from the arrival to your departure. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We would definitely recommend staying here and are already planning to return.

BOOK NOW! You will NOT regret.The condo was welcoming, the property was clean and peaceful, and the beach was breathtaking. And you really get your very own beach space to hang out on! There was plenty of space for us all to spread across the beach and get a prime spot in the sun.The water was warm and the sandbars allow for lots of shallow water ocean hang time, which was great for the kids!The village is full of life and the island just emanates good vibes!!Additionally, the host kept in touch from beginning till end making sure I was having a great stay. Kind and courteous and willing to go above and beyond to make certain your vacation is as wonderful as you had hoped!10/10 recommend

The house itself was absolutely perfect. Loved the decor, cleanliness, proximity to the beach and the pools and it was well stocked with everything you need. The beach was by far one of the nicest beaches I have ever been too and the weather was perfect! Colleen is an amazing host! She offered suggestions of places to visit and eat and was available if we had any questions. She checked in to make sure we got in ok and if we needed anything. We got to see the sea turtles at night laying their eggs and the most beautiful sunset. I would highly recommend staying here and we are already planning our next trip. The house was so cozy and welcoming and we can’t wait to go back.

I can't brag enough about this place! It was so clean and fresh when we arrived! The bed was super comfortable and the couches made for a great nap after a day at the beach and in the pool. I loved that we came into a little welcome gift :) I loved that there was a little basket in the bathroom filled with little toiletries in case you may have forgotten something at home. There were tons of hangers provided in the closet, along with extra pillows. Its right next to the pool and a short walk to the private beach. Beach chairs and tents were all provided, so you dont have to worry about packing any!! Casa Mar's location is not far from all the activities that take place: short walk, drive or trolley, make everything so convenient! We went to a comedy show that was only 15 mins from where we stayed, Super fun, definitely recommend for an adult night out! The sunsets were so Beautiful!! Mrs.Colleen was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

The accommodations were incredible. The unit was very clean. Every detail was purposeful. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and the items provided to make for a perfect day at the beach. Our communication with the host (Colleen) was positive. She made sure that our stay was perfect. We didn't use the site amenities other than to walk to the beach, but the grounds were clean and well-manicured. Casa Mar is close to everything! We would stay again!

If there were 10 STARS this VRBO would have gotten it. By far our best rental yet in this area. Condo was pristine, fully stocked with everything we could have needed and then some, and the host was 5 stars in itself. The location was beachfront as described and the grounds well kept.

We are from Ohio and love coming to Siesta Key anytime of the year! We enjoy the magical beach, sunsets, walking, reading, swimming, grilling in the courtyard, playing pickleball and stand up paddle boarding!
We are thrilled to be able to share this special place in paradise with our guests! We hope you enjoy every minute of your stay at our condo, Solace on Siesta!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose Casa Mar Resort because we enjoy the prime beachfront location. It’s at the widest part of the beach so there is always plenty of space and you never feel like you are sitting on top of anyone. We also like being mid-way between Siesta Key Village and the shops/restaurants at the south end. We are big walkers and enjoy walking to both. We love the courtyard and enjoy sitting on our patio. It’s great to have multiple families each rent a condo and we can gather in the courtyard to grill, play pickleball or swim in the pools.

We like to vacation in comfort so we made sure that our couches, recliners and mattresses are the pinnacle of comfort. We also love our enclosed lanai with the large sliding door. It has a beautiful view of the sky at sunset.
