Everything was outstanding. Room was top notch, the staff is the BEST im Cabo.Owners are very responsive if needed. Book it, you will love every moment that you are there.

Four of us, two couples, had a wonderful time enjoying this lovely resort and the comfortable unit. We enjoyed walks on the beach, refreshing dips in the Sea of Cortez, basking in the sun around the pool, drinks at the pool bar, and jaunts into town for dinner. We hope to return again soon!

Fantastic location and property

We will definitely be coming back. This property was well maintained and the location was perfect for venturing into town. Very clean, friendly staff and quiet.

The property, service and condo were great! Communication with the host was great too! Coffee maker in condo didn’t work and a fuse kept blowing (that was connected to the dishwasher). Maintenance was quick to respond (within minutes) and hot water didn’t work for a few hours, but maintenance helped with that quickly too. The condo is very well stocked with items for laundry/cleaning/small appliances and anything else you would need! A few items in condo were dated/showed wear but nothing that affected our stay. We would recommend this condo and Estancia condos to anyone.La Casona on site was great for breakfast! We went out in town to the grocery so just got extra water at the market on site but it had everything you would need for your stay too.

We had a great time, Estancia was beautiful. Our place was amazing. The extra touch of having chips, salsa, and homemade guac when we got there was a real special touch.

This property was better than advertised. We had an awesome time and we were really impressed with the 2 bedroom condo. There was lots of room for 2 couples and we will definitely be back. Loved it😎😎😎😎😎😎

Property staff is there to help from the moment you walk in , everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. Property is in a great location close enough to walk to main attractions but far enough that it feels more private. Loved everything about this place !

Amazing villa - great stay

Beautifully decorated, spacious villa at Villa Estancia. The villa was even nicer than the pictures. Everything was great -from the amazing unit to the beautiful resort with terrific service. We loved starting and finishing our day on the gorgeous balcony. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

The villa is amazing, the view incredible and the people were wonderful. The beach is less than 100 yards from the apt -centrally located. A true getaway.

Amazing View

Condo had everything we needed. We had two small children. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable with them in the room next door at night, but that was okay. We worked it out. Will stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay. The unit was very spacious, well stocked and super clean (no bugs). Each room has a sepearaye AC and it woks well. Most days we ate our lunch at the pool side restaurant, and took advantage of the grill in the unit's balkony and cooked steak and sea food for dinner. Couple of tips: buy organic eggs, fish and fruit from Costco. Medallion steak from the supermarket next to Walmart. One nice clean and fair priced restaurant(with zero flies): Gardenia ( liked horchata drink, tortilla soup and grilled fish tacos). You can rent a boat ride to arch right from the beach. Skip the Lover's Beach on the way back which seems to be money trap, and dangerous to swim. Our favorite drink: peach mojito.

My recent stay was nothing short of magical! The attention to detail and overall ambiance made it an unforgettable experience. Immaculate cleanliness and organization greeted me upon arrival, showcasing the owners' commitment to maintaining a spotless and inviting space. Tasteful decor blended modern comfort with charming touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious living areas, well-appointed kitchen, and cozy bedrooms struck a perfect balance of comfort and style. The private balcony offered breathtaking views, providing a true slice of paradise. The property's location, conveniently near attractions yet nestled in a tranquil setting, was ideal. The unit was well-appointed and I appreciated that they didn't skimp on the Wi-Fi speed. Communication with the owners was exceptional – responsive, accommodating, and going above and beyond to enhance my experience. This property is a gem for the perfect getaway!

The air-conditioning in the Master Bedroom never cooled below 24 celsius and was finicky, sometimes it didn't work at all. The MB fan also did not work. The TV in the main siting area had no sound. We told maintenance who never came to our room. I also notified the host who said she would send maintenance, it never happened. The room we were in also had room service at an additional charge. Needless to say, when we mopped the room ourselves, it was filthy.The people working at Estancia reception, valet, restaurant and pool areas are pleasant and we had exceptional service.

Disappointed

Beatiful resort where we have stayed for 15 years, 14 in pristine villas with accommodating owners. Then there was this year. Looked great at booking but what the pictures didn't show were multiple deficiencies. Shredded, dry rotted curtains in bedrooms; missing & broken screens; refrigerator filled with someone else's food with inoperable icemaker due to frost. Garbage disposal had no guard leaving hole directly to the impellers; front entrance gate did not lock; closets used for storage limiting access for renters' clothes; inoprable ceiling fan in second bedroom; warehouse brand toiletries.Management minimized conditions despite photos & examination by their local concierge. VRBO was complicit to the situation. (Sopporting pictures available)

Large unit in fantastic resort

This unit is large and fit our family of 5 with room to spare. There is a breezway with a door on the left leading to unit with large living room, eating area and great kitchen, huge master and master bath. Then a unit on the right of breezway had large double queen room with closets and bathroom. All open onto a huge deck overlooking the resort, pool and ocean. The units were great, allowing us to spread out and enjoy the outdoor space as well. Some maintenance provided by owners would bring units up to 5 star. As is they are a 4 and we highly recommend. Owners recommended fantastic company for transportation and Ernesto for helping with anything we needed- grocery delivery was great. Cleaner was fantastic and friendly, did a great job coming every other day of our stay. This villa resort is sandwiched in between 2 sister hotel properties. This resort is the quieter and less crowded of the three, pool was fantastic for kids and adults. Kids loved swim up bar for smoothies. Adults loved swim up bar for drinks. Lunch served by the pool if desired. Great convenience store on property for any needs. Staff was great and arranged cabs whenever needed, they took care of everything. Took cabs to great restaurants at night for dinners. Did Cabo escape boat ride for whale watching and snorkling-very fun. Don't hesitate you will have a lovely vacation here.

Great place, location, and amenities

Beautiful super spacious place, the balcony is amazing, La Villa Estancia is also gorgeous! The pool is fantastic, super quick cab ride to downtown (or a 15-20 minute walk). And we loved Dionisio, who works for the owner, who set us up with a private boat ride and helped get us supplies when we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!
