The property was very clean it had a wonderful view! The whole experience was amazing! Will definitely stay there again! Was our first time at Destin but won’t be our last. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice didn’t use it stayed on the beach!!

The condo was great very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the beach. Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The only downside was that personal beach umbrellas are not allowed, you have to rent an umbrella, which can become pricey. You are allowed to bring a tent, but it must be set up behind the rental chairs and umbrellas. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay and beautiful view! Everything was great! Only recommend changing out balcony chairs /table to a taller set to better see over balcony but other than that we loved everything.

Ok place

The condominium itself is old. Restoration was going on while we were there. They did inform us of this prior to booking. The guys that handled the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice and accommodating. The bed in the unit was very squeaky when just sitting on the edge. There is no washer/dryer in the unit or Keurig type of coffee maker. Not a deal breaker, but for the same amount of money, there are better places to stay.

Condo needs updating…new floors, paint, furniture, kitchen countertops, etc. I noticed a ceiling repair that was done whoever did an awful job! otherwise, it was a comfortable setup.

Clean unit

We like to sit on the balcony a lot. Would have preferred taller chairs as the ones there put line of site right at the railing-however we knew that when we booked. Was a little surprised at the cheapness of the paper towels and toilet paper. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to set time but we had one of our own so we used ours. Numerous times the AC made a lot of noise when it kicked on.
