Our stay while relocating

Had an absolutely amazing time here! Everything was just as stated, clean, wonderful area to stay in! Comfy beds, close to a wonderful market and downtown. Highly recommend!

Stayed here in May 2026. Really great place and location. Its a short drive to downtown Memphis and just a 15 minute walk to the river. The neighborhood is very quiet and impeccably maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water and coffee supplies. The checkout process was very simple without a ton of chores that we had experienced at other places. Vanessa was our point of contact and she was super friendly and responsive.

Comfortable place in Memphis

This home was comfortable, roomy and tidy. The hosts were very responsive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. The Mississippi Riverwalk is nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely will stay here again.

Mud Island

The location was great as it was close to downtown. The house was in a residential area with access to a walking trail. The home was cozy. Mud Island also had a nice grocery store and some restaurants so you did not have to go far for such.

This property was just as described. Towels, paper goods, etc were all well stocked. House was clean and worked perfectly for our Christmas visit to Memphis!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday

Everything about the stay was fantastic. The home was wonderful and the area was just breathtaking with changing color of the leaves and the river just down the road. House was very clean and the kitchen was very will stocked. The home smelled amazing as did all the lines. The bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back! Thank you very much for a great stay.

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. House is well equiped with kitchen appliances and media. Beds and bathrooms are good. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Nice neighboor hood with people out walking their dogs and jogging.

What a great place! This house was perfect for me and my adult son. He works remotely so the dedicated office space was a plus! We had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we could have needed. It even had a wine cooler! The house was super clean, the location was in a nice quiet little neighborhood where we felt safe. Big bonus…large screened in porch!! Would definitely recommend!

30 year HS reunion

The property was clean, communication with host was great. I loved the location. We caught 2 sunsets at the river. Our celebration was downtown. It was close to all the places we love in midtown. Easy location for friends to meet up. We would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit Memphis!!!

The house included everything we needed! I loved using the screened-in back patio during my work trip. House has alarm system and the area is very safe. Jacuzzi tub was fabulous! We have a Honda CRV with a personal handicap scooter carrier on the back. Both the car and scooter carrier fit in the garage! Beale Street Music was off the charts!! Awesome Memphis BBQ- Cosy Corner BBQ!

Beautiful home in an excellent location!!

This home is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean!! It was actually the cleanest home we’ve ever rented! Attention to detail was obvious. The neighborhood is very well maintained and has almost a storybook quality about it! We traveled with our small dogs and the yard was fully fenced and perfect for them! We enjoyed sitting out in the large enclosed lanai overlooking the yard. The location was perfect! Less than 5 min drive to walk along the Mississippi, 15 min to Midtown, 25 min to the Navy Base and less than 30 min to Lakeland/Arlington area. We highly recommend this home!! So looking forward to another visit here in the future!!
