CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Welcome to SunDestin Beach Resort where you’ll find your dream vacation rental just steps from the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. At SunDestin, enjoy many on-site amenities like a newly renovated outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool, heated seasonally. Keep up with your fitness goals in the on-site fitness facility and then relax in the sauna or steam room.  SunDestin offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of newly renovated meeting space, making it the perfect venue for your destination wedding, meeting or family reunion. Seasonal amenities include outdoor tiki bar as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee) to make relaxing on the beach easy and comfortable. The Scenic Stays crew is the on-site management team and is available to help you at our 24-hours front desk.

SunDestin unit 406 is a one bedroom unit with one full bath and one half bath. With gulf front views from the living room, and plenty of seating to accommodate the whole family, enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing and watching a movie after a long day at the beach. Complimentary DVD rentals can be found in the lobby. Whip up a light bite or a full meal in the fully stocked kitchen and make sure to stock the cabinets and fridge with plenty of cold drinks and snacks to keep you fueled while enjoying days spent enjoying the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

With comfortable sleeping arrangements for six people, when you’re ready to retire for the night, the master bedroom invites you to a comfortable king size bed. Twin bunks can be found in the hallway, and an additional two people can comfortably sleep on the queen sofa sleeper in the spacious living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Sundestin is conveniently located in the heart of Destin. Enjoy shopping at The Destin Commons, located just minutes away and featuring stores like, The Bass Pro Shop, H&M, Lush, Belk and more. Find adventure at the Harborwalk Village with a sunset dolphin cruise or a deep-sea fishing excursion. Tasty bites, delicious libations and sweet treats can also be found throughout the Harborwalk Village.
