The Space:

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITIES NOW OPEN!



SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.



Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.



We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.



Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.



Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, splash pad (seasonal), steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1009, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for three. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway or the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Beautiful view! The condo was less than ideal. The dishwasher wasn’t secured to the counter and kept falling forward. The mirrored wall was broken. The furniture was very dirty.

Over all nice

We enjoyed our stay at sundestin
 we did feel the condo could of been updated a bit, the patio had cracked tiles, the furniture needs cleaning and the carpet 
 other wise it was very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen served our all needs. It was a busy place while we were there and that was also nice to see so many stay there. The beach is absolutely beautiful in destin, the water crystal clear.

Very Nice Vacation

We really enjoyed are stay at SunDestin. The facility was awesome! We really liked that we could pay a small amount more for beach chairs on the Front Row. We have one suggestion for the condo, I would supply renters with at least one extra roll of toilet paper and a few extra trash bags. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even the young men setting up the beach chairs. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you.

The room

In the top bunk the sprinkler hangs low so watch your head. Some if the stools were loose and wobbly also the tops weren’t screwed in. Couldn’t get the living room tv to work but there’s others. Otherwise it was wonderful!!

Our stay

My husband and I have vacationed in Destin for 20 years. This was the first time that we stayed at this location with our family. The views were BEAUTIFUL and the condo was close to alot of different attractions and restaurants that my family loved. The condo where we stayed the conditions were unsatisfactory for the amount of money that we paid for the condo. The pictures didn\'t match the true conditions of the condo. The furniture and cabinets were in poor condition...and the iron was broken up and very unsafe to use. We were able to receive a new iron and the manager Mrs. Pamela (Pam) was an AMAZING listener regarding our complaints and was VERY accommodating. She truly helped make our experience at this location AWESOME. Mrs. Pam you ROCK!! Thanks to Mrs. Pam we will consider chosing this location again to stay with our family.

Overall, a very nice stay and a fantastic location

You really can\'t beat the spot on the beach and the view. Just fantastic. The beach in this area is quite crowded during the day. Make sure you book your umbrella spot in advance for better locations. I put the condition of the condo itself as a four. Though some areas have been renovated (such as the kitchen), the bathroom really needs some love. Just a new showerhead and a decent shower curtain that closes all the way would make a tremendous difference. Though plantation shutters are great in the bedroom, they let in a lot of light from the external hallway and some sort of curtain would help with bedroom light and noise due to the proximity of the elevator to this unit. I will say \"you\'re welcome\" for fixing the main television. It had been recently replaced and the new one (LG) was left in \'store demo\' mode. That would be an easy fix if you had the original LG remote, but without it...it became a chore to fix. After a few days of fooling with it, the TV is now out of demo mode for future guests.
