Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this recently remodeled island retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Nestled in the coveted prime locale of downtown Holmes Beach, yet tucked away from the traffic and activity, this home offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. A Villa Paradise is just a short stroll from the beach, local shops and both trolley stops. You can easily catch the Island Trolley right near the house and enjoy a ride wherever you’d like to go, from Coquina Beach to the south to Pine Avenue to the north.

If you don’t feel like cooking you are in luck because several of the island’s favorite restaurants are within a 5-minute walk such as The Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin Irish Pub, The Doctor’s Office, The Feast, Hurricane Hanks, Pizzano’s Pizza, Minnie’s Beach Cafe and Small Town Creamery. You are also just a 10-minute bike ride away from the Pine Avenue Shops and popular restaurants such as The Porch, Ginny & Jane E’s and the Sandbar. Who needs a car when you can walk, bike or rent a fun golf cart to travel anywhere on the island?

For the coffee connoisseurs, a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker are both provided.

A Villa Paradise offers single story living convenience – there are no stairs, everything is on one level. Walk through the living room area and at the very end of the hallway is the master bedroom, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Down the hall is the very spacious second bedroom with a queen bed and vaulted ceilings; this bedroom even offers a seating area and office desk for working from home. The internet has been upgraded to make sure you have a fast connection so you can finish working and get back to vacationing! The third bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds that can be converted into one king bed, a great option if there are 3 couples vacationing together. If you would like these twin beds converted to a king for your stay, just ask us in advance. Every bedroom has its own TV with streaming apps and cable channels, ceiling fan for comfort and is decorated in subtle coastal colors and décor to make you feel relaxed and at home. The second bathroom, featuring a large, walk-in shower with a glass wall, is accessible from the hall where you will also find a convenient full-size washer and dryer located in a closet.

The private backyard oasis is your personal paradise, where days can be spent basking in the sun while relaxing on the chaise lounge chairs or floating in the private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There is even a built-in table and seating in the pool so beverages can be enjoyed while relaxing with family and friends. The outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse the sand and salt off after a day at the beautiful Gulf beaches just a few blocks away. A gas grill is provided for poolside grilling your fresh seafood from the local market or that you catch straight from the Gulf. You can then dine alfresco on the new table and chairs for 6 under the stars on the private patio surrounded by palm trees. The meticulously professionally landscaped yard provides a beautiful and inviting entryway for all guests. A Villa Paradise even has a whole house Air Scrubber by Aerus which was installed directly into the HVAC system, providing 24/7 surface decontamination and air purification. This air purification system actively reduces up to 99.9% of airborne and surface contaminants including VOCs, bacteria, viruses, mold, dust, pet dander, odors, and other allergens.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
