Loved my stay

The stay was great, communication with the property manager was quick responses and easy to follow instructions. The room was throughly clean and the area was quiet. The location allowed for fast access to the areas I needed to go to while in town.I will use again

Close to downtown

Convenient location to get to/from downtown. Private studio with plenty of amenities. Clean and very appealing.

We had problems at first finding the property and the owner sent her son to make sure we made it ok. The unit was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the owner and her son were very nice. We would stay here again.

Clean and Tidy House

Great experience staying at this property. This was perfect for my husband and I to spend a quick weekend trip to Jacksonville. 10 minutes from TIAA stadium. Plenty of places to eat close by. Property was tucked away with 2 fences for security. Decor, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property was on point. Would definitely stay here next time I’m visiting.

Nice and comfortable. Very clean.

Accommodations were nice, however the sewage smell (very unpleasant) made it hard to enjoy. The issue was addressed but was still present. We kept the bathroom door closed and it was better. The hosts were very nice and concerned. We would love to stay again if the problem is resolved.

Was exactly what we needed

We stayed so we could attend a convention in Jacksonville the close proximity to I-95 was great being able to have our dogs with us was also a plus the property was very well maintained. The neighborhood appears to going through a revitalization. However, the property was fenced and at night an additional fence was closed to secured our vehicle.

Property owner canceled booking same day of check in

My original booking was canceled by the property manager/Owner the same day. My husband and I were traveling from Atlanta to Jacksonville to celebrate a birthday with our cousin. The property mgt/Owner canceled an hr after checkin we haven't left Atlanta on our flight so this was the beginning of our trip. Then she called to give me another option which was not acceptable nor was I comfortable with when I got there (no paper trail) Bad business and no ethics it's sad people are really taking advantage of this platform.

The worst place ever!

This was probably my worst experience I’ve ever had with a vacation property! We were staying here because of evacuating from Florida for hurricane Milton. The booking was made going by the pictures of a really nice small apartment. Half way through our trip I was contacted by the property manager to let me know that the one we had booked was no longer available and that she had one that was behind that one so having no choice I took it site unseen what a mistake! Parking was atrocious the neighborhood was awful with a train literally right across the street that ran every hour! The room was so small with just a full size bed up against a wall with not even enough room for two people!! It was the worst experience ever and I can’t say enough bad things about how this property is misrepresented and I advise to NEVER rent from this woman it is a scam!!

Met my needs

The property was clean. The yard needed some tending to. The shower's water pressure was low and if someone in the other units was showering at the same time, the water pressure went even lower. The shower head would only have water coming out of about half of it. My hair is not really long or thick and it took an extra 10 minutes to wash and condition my hair because the water pressure was so low. In the evening and into the night there were noises that sounded similar to noises heard from an apartment upstairs. Sounded like someone stomping around above the bedroom. Was annoying and kept me from going to sleep when I wanted. The surrounding neighborhood/shopping were sketchy.

This is a really nice chill space. It’s out of the way of anything major and very quiet. I would stay here again. Bathroom is dope.

Close to freeway

Once you leave the road your located on, the freeway is very close. We attended a concert downtown on the waterfront, and only took us 12 min.
