The Space:

Up to 6 guests can enjoy this 2 bedroom + loft home. This cozy Sea Ranch vacation home features a partial ocean view and a private hot tub. Guests will find themselves in a prime location less than 2 miles away from Stengel Beach.

The Ohlson Recreation Center is only a 2-minute walk away, with beach access - complete with a large outdoor heated pool, saunas, 3 tennis courts, half-court basketball, and a volleyball court.



Vacationers will enter into the living room which is furnished with newly installed carpeting, comfortable seating options placed around a wood stove fireplace, and a flat-screen Smart TV. Wi-Fi is also provided for your entertainment.



Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to aide a chef in whipping up delicious meals. Guests can dine at the built-in breakfast bar with seating for 2, or gather at the dining room table with seating for 6.



Take advantage of the breathtaking scenery of the Sea Ranch by spending time on the deck. The deck is equipped with a gas BBQ alongside outdoor patio tables. This area is perfect for grilling up a meal or sipping on your favorite glass of wine while watching the distant blue ocean. Further on the deck is a secluded hot tub great for unwinding. After a dip in the hot tub, a washer and dryer are assembled inside for any wet swimsuits.



The master bedroom is prepared with a California King bed, Smart TV, and has an attached bathroom. This master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and Smart TV. A guest bathroom is available with a spacious vanity and shower/tub combo. Upstairs, a bonus bedroom loft room holds 2 trundle Twin beds (which can be made up into a King bed or left as 2 individual Twins), Smart TV, and a private half bathroom.



Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.



The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.



Other Things to Note:

This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.



This house is heated by a forced air furnace to all rooms in the house. The wood stove is just for backup heat.
