Best Place to enjoy with Family and Friends!!

This gorgeous home is only 2 1/2 blocks from ocean. This is a huge townhouse and has 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms . Spacious and fun, with Central Air Conditioning, new Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. New kitchen cabinets in 2015, new Roku TVs all over the house with Xfinity TV and the fastest WIFI for the whole family to be entertained 24/7.

Many new upgrades from the current owner and this great beach rental includes: 1 Queen, 2 full, 3 Twins and a pull out bed.
Wireless Internet and cable service along with a ping pong table, football table.
Three spacious decks and Upper deck is a private that goes with the Master Bedroom.

Amazing location for walk trips to stores, restaurants, bars and boardwalk.

Sleeps 14. No smoking, No pets. Rents Saturday to Saturday during high season.

Sheets and towels will not be provided.

Great location

We had a blast! Plenty of room throughout the house. Plenty of bathrooms which is nice with larger groups. Recommend bringing throw away utensils and extra toilet paper. Check out was a breeze! Thanks Carlos!!

This place was really nice for everyone that came! Carlos was responsive and quick to make sure we had everything we needed! We tried to book the property again this year but unfortunately it was already booked!

Washer and dryer are not really big enough capacity for 11 let alone 14 people. And should probably have extermination spray more often! Hot water heater did not hold up to the three bathrooms for showers. And the dishwasher detergent dispenser will not open when ran. The house and decks are nice but needs more attention to being up to power for guests

Nice space with plenty of room for us to hang out and kids to play. good location only a few blocks from the boardwalk. Equipped well with beach stuff, bicycles and ping pong table Note: This wasn’t stated in listing but you have to supply bed linens, towels, etc. This was a surprise for us and we had to rent. Ice maker doesn’t work.

Great for Larger Group Close to Beach

My friends and our partners all stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and some basic shopping all within walking distance. It was quiet and clean. Easy to get in & out via a door code. The beach supplies in the garage were a huge bonus. We were required to provide our own sheets and towels, which wasn’t mentioned until a few days before our stay. Some basic supplies like paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper were very scarce. Not a huge deal but when paying so much for a large place you would expect a bit of gratuity. The owner did communicate well and apologized after the rental, so no hard feelings. I’d highly recommend for any families or larger groups of friends that want to have a pleasant beach vacation.

Our contact Carlos was very responsive to questions I had and the place was perfectly clean and ready at our check in time. Looks exactly like the pictures and we couldn’t have been happier. 5 stars all around.

A bit more work than I expected

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for our large group. The location is great, just 2.5 blocks from the boardwalk. I’m not sure if there was a mix up with the cleaning company but while the baseboards and windowsills were clean, the carpet, walls, doors, doorknobs and light switches were dirty. The fridges/freezers were dirty and one bedroom door splashes of something that had begun to mold stuck to it. The air return vents were caked in dust and the attic access panel was wedged open. All of these things required us to do additional cleaning and corrections before settling into the house. The pull out sofa in the living room was damaged, leaving us short a bed. We encountered ants in the living room and after some investigation discovered food left on the floor. This was also the case in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The toilet in the upstairs, primary bathroom wouldn’t flush, I ended up repairing it myself.
