House was perfect for 7 adults and 3 kids! The two kitchens was CLUTCH. Easy to walk to everything. Host was responsive and easy to work with!

Great location. Convenient to beaches and Newport. Family neighborhood. All 12 of us fit nicely. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions.

Overall we had a great stay. Although it didn’t affect our stay, some suggestions would be to have power bars in the rooms so we could plug in lamps and such. There was a musty smell still, but it was fine. Communication was great, it held all of us perfectly and it was close to the restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you for the review. There is a charging station in the living room. Also the dates you came was in between needing the ac units and not needing them. If the units were in the musty smell wouldn’t be there. I look forward to hosting you again

Wonderful stay for a family wedding

This house was perfect for our large multi-generational family group who were visiting for a wedding. Very convenient to downtown Newport. Highly recommend!

Great time in Newport!

This house was perfect for our girls trip (11 people). The second fridge was perfect to store all of our food and drinks, and we all had spacious sleeping arrangements. I’d stay again.

Great location and nice house

It's a great location and a well appointed property. The only negatives were ants in the kitchen that the owner sent a handyman to remediate, a weird smell in the downstairs bathroom and a very temperamental upstairs showrrm shower

Great location

This home was in a great location, super convenient and close to everything. It was a great, quiet place to spend time with my family with plenty of room for all of us and even our dog! It has a spacious private fenced in backyard and a deck with a barbecue. The perfect home for a beach trip!

RI Retreat

Enjoyed Jonathan's beach house for our multigenerational gathering to celebrate our son's graduation. Great location close to all that Newport has to offer yet also removed from the hustle and bustle to provide a quiet retreat. The home was clean and spacious for our large family. We appreciated the 2nd kitchen downstairs since we planned to feast on RI amazing seafood. Anthony's Seafood restaurant which is down the road, supplied us with everything we needed for our lobster clambake. Great place to make your family memories.

Thanksgiving 2023

This home provided the perfect place for my family to relax, cook, and enjoy each other during our Thanksgiving holiday. We cooked a delicious turkey dinner, took long walks with our Lab, watched the JETS game at Aquidneck, and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing in downtown Newport. This home was clean, well-equipped, and the perfect location for our family adventure!

Great Experience - Wedding Weekend

We stayed here Thurs-Sun for a Friday wedding that was in Newport. Check in was easy, location was great and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of space inside the house (the house can accomodate up to 12). Quick drive right into Newport and neighborhood was nice. Thank you for a great experience!

Newport Marathon

This house is a great location for the the Newport Marathon! It is walking distance to the start and the finish. There was enough room for our large group. The owner is very nice and very accommodating. Thank you!

Wonderful Beach House

Perfect beach house for our large family consisting of 7 adults, one toddler and one infant. Large rooms with plenty of bedding, great family room/kitchen area for hanging out, Lovely walk to beach in really nice neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans. Apartment downstairs with second kitchen and full bathroom was perfect for my daughter, her husband and two young children.

Good Stay

Had a great time at the house, beds comfortable, equipped kitchen, good communication with the owner. Responded effectively when needed. Only suggestions were the Shower pressure and not a lot of hot water. Also, some backyard furniture would have been convenient.
