Séjournez dans notre récemment rénové, nouveau sur le marché, l'air conditionné parfait location maison de vacances juste à cÎté de Newport National Golf Course. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de Third Beach, à proximité de 1er et 2e plages, et à 10 minutes de Newport. Encore plus proche sont un centre équestre et le sanctuaire d'oiseaux Norman. Profitez des sentiers qui entourent la propriété de la randonnée.
Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent: Plan Handicap accessible d'Ă©tage ouvert, la cuisine de cuisinier, rez-de-chaussĂ©e maĂźtre suite w / lit Queen et salle de bain complĂšte, plus rez-de-chaussĂ©e chambre avec lit Queen et 1/2 salle de bain. DeuxiĂšme niveau comprend deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires Ă  la fois avec des lits jumeaux XL qui pourraient ĂȘtre convertis en lits King. DeuxiĂšme Ă©tage salle de bain complĂšte. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in great location. Short drive to Newport and close to near by vineyards and beaches. We traveled for a family wedding and it was perfect for our group.

Fabulous Stay

Great property for families! We all had plenty of room for family events and individual time. So close to beaches and golf, but also a beautiful quiet backyard.

Highly recommend

Came with a group for Memorial Day weekend. Leslie could not have been more kind and helpful. The house is perfect for families or groups looking to have a relaxing weekend in a beautiful location.

Wonderful Stay!

Great girl's getaway! Spacious house was perfect for five ladies to have their own room to stay and gather. House was clean and had all the essentials you could possibly need. Beautiful peaceful back yard to sit and enjoy. Just minutes to the Newport Vineyard, Newport National Golf Club and Beaches. Leslie was great to communicate with which is always a plus!

Lovely home for family gathering

We stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Lovely, open space and comfortable for two couples with adult children. The outside space looks wonderful, though weather did not permit us to take advantage. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal House for Newport

This home is the perfect place to stay when in the Newport RI area. The layout of the house is spectacular with tons of space and light and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor amenities are also top notch giving you the true feeling of an oasis. The check in process was so smooth, the owner is fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again when coming to Newport. Cannot recommend this property enough!

We LOVED Leslie's house. -Beautiful home -Enough bathrooms, beds, areas to hang out for a large group -Secluded location that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Newport, but still a quick ride away -Great outdoor space to hang out, grill, and play games -Leslie was easy to communicate with and there was not a single hiccup in our reservation, check-in, or check-out process.

Large Family

The house was everything we needed. We had 9 adults, everyone over 35 and everyone had a comfortable bed. House was very clean and had a big deck off the back. The landscaping made for a beautiful place for coffee in the morning. We were only a short Uber ride from downtown Newport and all the local beaches. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great for family

The house is very comfortable, full of light, and surrounded by greenery and flowers. The great room allowed us to spend a lot of quality family time together as all of the areas are interconnected and open. We enjoyed the fire pit and bbq and the kids' play area, and there are many trails in the neighborhood. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked. I would recommend this house highly.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a great time! There is a very nice backyard with a grill and firepit and indoors it is quite spacious - the main room is almost like a great hall, with a bunch of smaller rooms off of it. It's a design that allows for privacy in the rooms, but also plenty of space for people to congregate. Note that it's a bit outside of town (~15 minutes) but quite close to the beach so it's a good distance away if you're looking for some peace and quiet (which we were) rather than something more downtown.

Perfect!

This home is gorgeous. Sparkling clean and plenty of room for a large crowd. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped and bathrooms are beautiful as well. There are great spaces for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. Convenient to the beaches, restaurants, Newport, and all the goings-on of the area. Thank you Leslie for being the perfect host with lots of helpful information. We hope to be back!

Amazing Stay at Leslie's Property

Stayed with a group of friends over a long weekend. Truly one my best rental house experiences. House is very spacious with open common floor and several bedrooms above. Comfortably slept 8 of us. Great backyard for hanging with a fire pit, deck, charcoal grill and yard. 2 min walk to Newport National if you golf. Best of all was the great communication with the owner. A+ would highly recommend

Needed spring repairs

The house is spacious and nice. The location and yard are wonderful. The weber grill was messy, rusty, broken, and dirty. The koi pond needed much repair, much water, and some koi!

Large, bright, airy

We rented with 3 adult children + partners. Plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities plus some! If you want comfort and room to spread out, this is great. Must drive to Newport sites, shore, restaurants, stores 
so a car is a must. This was understood. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Family wedding at Ocean Cliff in Newport

I can honestly summarize our experience our stay as completely exceeding expectation... I say that because the photos in VRBO do not adequately show the expanse of space and comfort. The layout was perfect for our family; the highest accolades definitely come from the children; They asked if they could live there ! You will not be disappointed on any level. Thank you, Leslie!

Excellent house for golf or group outings

Great house, tons of room. Rented for a golf outing for 7 adults. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. Excellent air conditioning. Big kitchen with all you need. Perfect for golf trips. 1 minute drive to Newport National golf course which is an amazing course. 5 minutes to two other courses. 10 minutes to downtown Newport. Great deck and fire pit. Highly recommended. Leslie, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.

I love Rhode Island because there is so much to do beyond enjoying the beautiful beaches.There are activities year round and it is a perfect balance of enjoying beautiful outdoor activities with cosmopolitan dining and museums. This is our house which we love and are happy to share with you.

This is a very private, quiet home with lots of open space. The light is spectacular. The back meadow is bursting with wild flowers and places to explore. Relax on the deck or by the koi pond. Serenity abounds!

There is a huge 14' ceiling great room with a wow factor. The lofts add fun to the house which is architecturally unique. The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen w/double ovens and top of the line European appliances.
