2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has quadruple bunkbed with trundle to sleep 5)

Kitchen equipped with everything you need including oven, microwave, full size fridge and k-cup coffee maker.
Cozy living room with couch, loveseat, cable TV, and DVD player.
A short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and several delicious restaurants including Little Italy, Britton's Bakery, and Duffer's Ice Cream.
Rental includes one off-street parking spot.

Please no inquiries for groups of teens, spring break or senior week. Minimum age is 25!

Exactly as described

This stat was completely sufficient for us. We needed a place to sleep, shower, store food and cook light to save money on eating out. Prior reviews with minor concerns did not look closely enough at the photos or read the listing. It is exactly as described. It’s small, bare bones kitchen items, but completely adequate for a short beach stay, and you cannot beat the price.Communication with Rachel was excellent as she was very responsive when I couldn’t unlock the door upon arrival.Otherwise we had an uneventful holiday weekend stay, thank you!

Beach blast weekend

We loved our wildwood trip for beach blast. This condo was in a great location with ample parking all around. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hot water was excellent for back to back showers. The host was very kind and provided great communication throughout our stay.

Deceiving

one air conditioner for entire apartment, fan is dirty - you can tell it hasn't been cleaned, rug dirty, can't get into drawers stove in the way. I have taken pictures of entire apartment, ceiling tiles coming down in the kitchen, was afraid to use light in kitchen it's just handing there on a false ceiling. Parking space on the other side of the building. Would NOT recommend.

Nice host and location but dirty property

If you plan on spending absolutely virtually no time on the rental then this would work, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend. Reading the rules which were upfront, virtually nothing is provided such as sheets pillows etc. however in all the exclusions nothing was stated about no shampoo, conditioner, or hand soap. We had done a shopping trip and come to find out there was no soap for our daughter who’s learning how to use the bathroom properly still: when I messaged about it the owners responded quickly but stated previous people must have used it all. It happens, but that was the first sign things weren’t clean. There was a hanging bath Matt that was soggy and mold ridden that hadn’t been cleaned and on the floor and under all the couches of course what our daughter finds was food and toys and hair brushes and more. The unit clearly doesn’t get cleaned which made us feel dirty staying there. The ac barely works and you can’t have any doors closed because it’s one living room unit which wasn’t disclosed up front: there was no safety cover on the electrical outlet which my daughter almost stuck her hand in and I had to stop her. Location is nice and convenient and host response quick but other than that I wouldn’t recommend.

Great place!

The property was awesome! Just like it was listed. Near the beach and boardwalk, some very good eateries (bfast, lunch, and dinner). Owner was responsive and very kind! Would definitely stay here again!

Quick beach getaway!

I stayed with my two boys and three nieces and nephews. They are all teens and fit comfortably in the second bedroom. The location is just a quick walk for ice cream, shopping and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to the beach, and many restaurants you can walk to. The bathroom did not have a fan, which would have been nice, and no TVs in the bedrooms. Other than that, nice place.

Nice place for our family to stay while at the beach. Wish we would have found the other two chairs for the table before the day we were leaving but we weren’t eating many meals so it was fine. Rachel was very responsive and helpful, overall good, clean place to stay for a couple nights.

the owner was very responsive and answered every question we had. the cleanliness was not the best, and there is no cable with the tv. and you’ll have to bring your own dvd’s to watch any movies. overall, the stay was great, had everything we needed to cook and it close to the boardwalk, beach and other food places.

Is a vary cozy place. Is not big, but if your plans are to spend most of the time at the beach if perfect. The kitchen is a plus for those days with crowded restaurants.
