I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cleanliness. I wish you'd mention that and the cable while you were there. There is cable so we could have helped you figure it out had you mentioned anything.

We are surprised and disheartened by this rating as there were no issues communicated by the guest at all during their stay. Prior to their stay they asked to check in early and we were able to accommodate an early check-in at 1pm instead of 4pm. They had a difficult time finding the unit and were unable to open the lock box , which they contacted us each time. The condo rules were sent to them a few days prior to their visit and they agreed that they read it. In the documentation sent / rental packet it clearly states the Unit number and parking spot, however, they claimed it was not supplied. We were happy to help them when they called multiple times just to find the unit and also the parking spot, which no guest over the years had any issue. The unit is on second floor and parking spot is about a 20 second walk from parking spot to the unit at an average pace. The ac unit is oversized for the space itself, and not sure if they knew how to operate unit as it was on cooler side during their stay so if unit is not set low enough it will not run long enough to continue cooling. Again they did not contact us after their initial opening of the door. We rated them highly prior to them rating us bc they didn’t express any dissatisfaction to us and we are disheartened by this poor rating without any communication. I feel like they deceived us. The unit is as pictured in the Vrbo listing and we get our unit inspected yearly and kitchen light is installed per code and kitchen ceiling is a drop ceiling with typical tiles.
