PLUS + Locked area for your bikes. 5 minutes to airport, grocery store and hospital. 15 minutes to wine country.

We had a great stay here. The pool house is very cozy and welcoming. Host was very thoughtful and we had a restful and relaxing experience here. Would highly recommend!

Visit to the 7W Ranch

Everything was spectacular!! Cozy living space right next to a private pool. The kids and I had a blast!!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Stay

Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and private. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. Home was very well stocked for cooking and we really appreciated the coffee!. Bed was very comfortable.Pool was very nice but it really wasn't warm enough to swim We will return!

A hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little pool house. It was outfitted with everything we could possibly need - and the courtyard with the pool and outdoor dining tables/chairs was a fantastic way to cool off in the summer sun. We will definitely be back for a getaway soon!

Great Vacation Spot!

The Pool House was amazing! Super clean, light and bright, had all of the cooking supplies we needed. The pool was great! We swam a few times each day. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything.

It was perfect.

Neat as a pin. Comfortable, beautiful area, safe area. Well lit, walker friendly, accessible. Hosts were wonderful, assisted with anything Aunt needed. Quiet area, lovely little "cottage". Well appointed, close to grocery, airport, hospital. Perfect hideaway.

The property was nice for two people. The pool was clean and inviting, plenty of outside seating so you could enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The host was nice and super friendly, but let you have your own space. This property sits in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Experience!

I highly recommend this location for your stay in and around Grand Junction, Colorado! The property is so well done, the pool area is fantastic and the hosts are wonderful people! The pool house where we stayed was private and had great access to the beautiful pool and yard. It was so clean and we were impressed the minute we walked thru the door. Truly an all-around perfect rental and stay!

The cottage had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The cottage was clean and inviting. Our hosts were friendly and attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for more. We give them 5 Stars!

Perfect for our long weekend!

Jan and Steve were great hosts! The property was exactly as represented in the listing. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of being in the pool house. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in town visiting friends!

Beautiful pool house experience

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction

A fabulous stay with lots of fun!

We had SO much fun staying at the Pool House for our 'staycation.' The home has everything you could possibly need - and the hosts are so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We were immediately at ease in the space and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much, Jan and Steve, for opening your hearts and -OOL HOUSE (haha) for people to enjoy!
