263 Stoney Creek est une maison de ville merveilleusement mise à jour avec 2 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain au coeur de Harbour Town. Le premier étage abrite la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et la salle d'eau. Le plan d'étage ouvert et les plafonds voûtés rendent cette pièce très spacieuse et lumineuse. Accédez à votre terrasse privée par les portes coulissantes en verre du salon. Le patio a une vue magnifique sur les marais, une table avec des sièges pour 4 et un gril à gaz. Profitez de vos repas en plein air et de l'observation des oiseaux tout en savourant votre café du matin sur votre terrasse.

Le 2ème niveau accueille les chambres. La chambre principale est équipée d'une literie king et d'une salle de bain attenante. Cette chambre a également une terrasse privée avec une vue imprenable sur les marais où vous pourrez admirer le magnifique paysage qui vous entoure. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bain privée. C'est la villa parfaite pour les petites familles et les groupes de golf qui ont besoin de vacances à Hilton Head.

We have stayed in various properties in Sea Pines over the years, but this property has easily been our favorite. It was incredibly clean, perfectly spacious for a small family, and boasted a great location near Harbour Town. Being so close to everything made our trip seamless and relaxing.

Loved the location as well as the layout of the villa. We were staying with our young adult son and liked the separation between the bedrooms. We also had our dog with us and enjoyed the enclosed courtyard where he could lie in the sunshine. Would definitely stay again.

This rates as one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in 40 consecutive years of going to HHI. The villa was superb. It is perhaps the most spacious villa we have ever stayed in. The view from our balcony was fabulous. A great view of the marsh and we were regularly treated to all kinds of wildlife (deer, raccoon, many bird varieties). The villa had everything we could possibly need. If you are considering a stay in Sea Pines, you can't go wrong with this property!

The location was fantastic! Close proximity to the pool, upgraded kitchen, & spacious bedrooms. We had deer as visitors along the back porch most mornings and the bike/beach credit was a perk! Will definitely be back:)

Great Place

Clean, close to the beautiful pool, backyard was pretty. Air conditioning went out- they responded so quick ( it was late evening) had it fixed in no time. Enjoyed the balconies The water maker was fantastic! We didn’t have to buy cases and cases of waters. Very happy with our stay.

Great Property

It was our first time back to Hilton Head in 15 years and we enjoyed every second of our visit here. The property was clean, quiet and in a great location near Harbor Town in Sea Pines. The management team was also very quick to answer calls with a few questions we had and were very friendly. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Harbor Town

This was a well located property but needs some upgrades. VERY dangerous for young children. It has stair openings too big for safety and a “window” in the master bedroom, looking down to the tv room. Accident waiting to happen for a young child. There were no cleaning supplies in the house, or hand soap anywhere. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice, but we would not stay here again.

We loved this property, especially the updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as the great location

Overall, great experience renting this property, from the management, to the updated villa, to the wonderful location. The master bedroom mattress and pillows need to be replaced, not very comfortable, but otherwise, the sofa bed and twin beds were great for our kids. I would highly recommend this property, tastefully decorated, beautiful view, close to everything and relaxing community pool.

Perfect place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room to cook and hang out when we weren’t riding bikes or at the beach. Good location in walking distance to eating. Great for bike riding. We’d stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time in our Stoney Creek condo. It was close enough to the beach club to bike or take the trolley, and super close to Harbor town! The more modern updates to the condo were nice too. I do wish they had more plastic dishes since we had our kids with us, but we made do with what was provided. I wouldn't downgrade the rating just because of that. Overall, great place and great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were great. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect for us. Enjoyed walking down to Harbor Town to see the beautiful sunsets. Of course had to have an ice cream. Loved our whole HHI experience.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental property. We have two children ages 10 and 8. The bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for them. We love to stay in Sea Pines when we come to Hilton Head Island and this rental property is in a great location. It is close to the grocery store Harris Teeter and restaurants like Marleys (which is my favorite!). A five minute walk was all it took to get to Harbortown where we enjoyed eating ice cream and letting the kids play at the playground. If available we will definitely stay here again!
