*Security & Privacy Information*
We have six security cameras. One at the front door, one above the garage facing the driveway, one inside the garage, one in the backyard facing the garden, one at the side yard, and one at the pool deck. All cameras record color video and audio and will be on at all times.

*Cleaning*
Casa Tropicál will always be professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Guests with extended stays will also receive complementary cleaning service every two weeks. The bi-weekly service will consist of light cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. It will not include linen service or tidying of personal items.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
** Is the pool heated? **
Yes! If requested, the pool will be heated to 80°F from 5am–5pm at no extra charge (Nov - April). However, the heater shuts off if the air temp drops below 52°F. The pools stays naturally warm in the heat of the summer. If guests would like to increase the temperature, there will be an additional fee per night for the entire duration of the reservation.

** What items do you supply? **
We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, a well stocked kitchen with utensils including pots/pans, coffee maker, basic spices, etc. We provide enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you through the first few days of your stay.
