Pool and spa are available year round with an option to heat!

The place was immaculate. With the pool, hot tub, pool table, bball hoop, TV, and foosball there was plenty to do in the evenings. Check in and out was easy, communication with the host was great, the pool was clean, and it was well stocked with towels. The neighborhood and location was safe and our stay couldn’t have been any nicer!

Awesome house, great neighborhood, fun pool, wondeful pool table!! We all had such a fun time! Kayaking in clearwater, pub crawl in Tampa, dolphin boat tour!! Close enough to great attractions but still tucked away in a quite neighborhood!!Our Host Mark is wonderful!!!! A must stay kinda place!!

The house was very nice and clean. The problem that my friends and myself experienced were not necessarily the fault of the management but instead our age. This property is set up for a younger group. The beds were extremely low to the floor making it difficult for any of us to get up and down. We are in our late 60’s and early 70’s. The pillows were overly firm and not many soft towels. It would have been helpful to have had instructions on how to use the stove. The furnishings were fine but not enough places to sit. Also, there were literally no bureaus or dressers in any of the bedrooms. The lighting was dim with a few lights not working. The kitchen light would only get bright while the fan was on. Again, this is from the perspective of older individuals and I believe this property is best suited to a much younger group. It is not a place where we would stay again.

The house and the amenities were great my family and I enjoyed staying there. The only we didn’t like were the beds they are low it’s like sleeping on the floor. Hard for older and disabled people to get in out . Other than that great place to stay

Great for a family trip

First off, the communication with the property manager was great; he responded almost immediately any time we had a question. Aside from a few minor things, this was a great place for our family trip. We wish there were some more towels; pool towels to be more specific. Also, the pool "toys/floats" were all piled up in a corner and very dirty, and some things were not usable; it would be better if they were in a not to have them at all. There's a camera light by the pool that kept coming on at random times which was a little annoying. Again, great place for our family trip!

Great stay

House was super clean. Kids loved the pool and games. Within 20 minutes of multiple teen activities like mall, Elev8, Skyzone. Publix and Walmart less than 5 minutes away and tons of restauranta close by.

Trip to Busch Gardens

Enjoyable stay with the pool and the heated spa. Busch Gardens was not that far away.. dealing with Mark was wonderful.

Very Nice!

The place was a favorite with the teens. The pool, pool table, and foosball keep them busy and engaged with each other. The property was clean and well managed. I had questions about how to work the stove but the host was immediately responsive to them. There were even some extra things in the pantry, such as disposable plates and cups that we were able to use, and laundry detergent for their washing machine. Look for extra instructions taped to their kitchen cabinet for when trash day comes!

Perfect house with pool

It was such a wonderful stay. Very clean. It was nice to have dish soap, pods for dishwasher, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper all there until you get to the store. Manager responded quickly prior to and during our stay. I would totally recommend and hope to go back in the future.
