One of the most relaxing homes, situated in the perfect spot. End of the road, top of the ridge, but close to the best shopping, restaurants and hiking in town. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, the lower level is garage and storage and is reserved by the owner. The house is privately gated and has a parking area on the upper level which can then access the rear patio with no steps. Interior to the house there are up to three steps as the house follows the contours of the ridge. No appropriate for small children as there are fall hazards from the patio and the natural desert environment.
