Ocean view studio on the 14th floor of South Hampton has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has 2 queen beds, work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 704 next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Bath combo for extra guests.

Easy Booking and Restful Stay

Better than booking a hotel room for the weekend. Very communicative owners of the rental which I liked. Had ZERO issues with the stay. Good view of the beach at a great resort. Highly recommend

The room was very clean and just as described in the listing. Check in was very easy and the property was clean. The surrounding area was clean and safe with many restaurants nearby. The walls are thin so I would suggest travelling with a box fan or sound machine.

Great view and such a nice location

We decided on a last minute vacation and this listing immediately caught our eye. Two large beds, location, and view of the ocean. The building has great parking and we loved the walking paths by the pool. The convenience of walking across the mini bridge to eat breakfast in Embassy Suites restaurant was nice. Definitely coming back.

Move- In Weekend

We were moving our son into Coastal on Sunday, so we came down on Friday evening. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The owner was very attentive with a quick response when I had a question. Lovely view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again

Great Weekend in Myrtle Beach

My dad and I had a great weekend in Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly as described and pictured - super cute and very comfortable beds! Can't beat the location, we were close to everything. The snacks were a really nice touch. I would definitely return again.

WHAT A FILTHY CONDO! Upon walking in, the smell was deplorable! The carpet was disgusting with stains and filth. The place holder under the refrigerator had MOLD. The curtains had stains. The balcony chairs were mildewed. There were spiders crawling within the first few minutes of us walking in. But the worst thing was the bed!! The pillow cases comforter and sheets were stained with visual dirt! The linens had not even been changed! It was DISGUSTING!! This condo shouldn’t be listed as a rental as it was not in liveable conditions and during a pandemic no less!! We had to take pictures and demand a refund! Never again!

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
