Fully furnished luxury apartment that has been completely renovated combining old-time 19th century charm with modern amenities. Just move in with your suitcase! Within walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic Campus (5 min walk from main hospital). It’s also near University Hospitals, CWRU, Great University Circle, Downtown Cleveland, and Little Italy. This location is perfect for those receiving medical treatments and their families, doctors on rotation, travel nurses, and interns.



The Space:

NO elevator. This unit is located on the first floor. 5 steps up from the lobby area.



2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room with pull-out couch, dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster.

Greatful

The apartment was perfect for our stay while seeking treatment at Cleveland Clinic. It was the right size to get around easily. It was within walking distance to hospital. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. This apartment was very convenient. We were also within a couple of blocks of a Right Aid and several places to eat. Really it was perfect and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay there.

Perfect Place Cleveland Clinic

My husband had surgery at Cleveland Clinic and we loved staying at this property before, during, and after the surgery. It is a quick walk across to the hospital parking garage and then down to the tunnel that leads to the hospital. The manager is wonderful about answering questions quickly. All the items in the apartment are nice and the beds are comfortable. I really can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Christmas visit to Cleveland

Nice condo with convenient location. The "key fob" through the cell phone took some getting use to. Overall, condo had the necessities. But I did inform the owner that a better stocked kitchen with dishes would be nice. There were 4 plates, 4 bowls etc which was not enough and required washing dishes everytime so we had dishes for next meal. But, overall it was a nice place to stay.

We stayed here with our family of four, and the apartment was clean and convenient. The kitchen had most of the basics we needed to have meals there, and there are several restaurant options not far away. The owners were great at communicating all the details, and quick to answer any questions we had!Street parking was usually available in the evening, but a little harder to come by during the day. We recommend allowing extra time for the parking garage, as it can get busy. parking available - parking garage is crowded

Cleveland clinic stay

My husband and I really enjoyed this rental! It was super clean, extremely close to the Cleveland Clinic, and was extremely safe. My husband used this as his home base for visiting me while I was in the hospital and it was great to be able to just walk over and see me. He was very comfortable with all the bedding, towels, and furniture and it was so much better than a hotel stay. We found the owner to be helpful and very fast to respond. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a home away from home while at the clinic.

Great location near Cleveland clinic

Great place for mom and I to stay while my dad had heart surgery at Clevland clinic. She even had a shower chair and commode available for those who have to stay a few days after the surgery for a recheck. A little difficulty with the phone for entrance at first but the owner was very helpful and easy to reach for any concerns. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Not the best area but it's downtown Cleveland. Very quick 5 min walk to the entrance to the clinic. Biggest grief was the on street parking. Can be hard to find a spot and you should know how to parallel park. But if you don't want to deal with that you can park in parking garage across street for a fee. You can get a discount if your family member is being treated at the clinic. Grocery is a few blocks away. Better to drive, but could be walked. Not alot of frills in the kitchen but adequate for what we needed. Overall a great stay!

Cleveland Clinic

The property was exactly as described and Meilin was very easy to work with as she answered questions and was accommodating. I was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic for heart Surgery and I felt as though it was going to be important for myself and my family with me to be as comfortable as possible during my two week stay. The location was as convenient as it could have been as it was directly across from one of the parking garages but about 250 yards from the main entrance to the Miller building. They only issue I had with the apartment was due to the proximity to the hospital, there was constant goings on throughout the night which not coming from a city I was hyper aware of. Thoughtful and Convenient Apartment

This location was great. The beds were comfortable. While we didn’t need these, the owner includes many nice touches for patients, including tape, gauze, and bed pads. She also included a variety of waters in the fridge to get you started, which was so thoughtful. The desk was convenient for working. The owner also sends alot of useful information for your stay when you book. She is very responsive before and during your stay. I liked having overhead and lamp lighting in each room, nightstands, and enough surfaces for things. Some helpful information: - The building faces the garage for the main Cleveland Clinic building. So you can walk out the apartment and through the garage to get inside within a couple minutes and maybe another 5 to the lobby. CC is sprawling so you might have to drive or shuttle to farther buildings. - It was 15 min to downtown, many restaurants, and attractions, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center , A Christmas Story House, West Side Market. It’s less than 10 to the Cleveland Art Museum, which is incredible. - Because the garage is lit all night, it is bright. My spouse said it was like daylight (but light doesn’t bother him). In the other bedroom, we used blackout curtains from Amazon that use suction cups to stick to windows, and it worked really well. - It was quiet for my sleep hours, but it got noisy every night for a bit around 9pm (sirens, yelling, random noises). - It’s not the safest area. I was told not to walk outside by myself at night. That wasn’t a problem for us. The building itself seems safe. Just make sure the doors and windows are locked when you arrive. The patio door was unlocked. Again, no big deal to lock it. - We had luck with street parking on the weekend and after 5pm. However, it was harder during work hours. I got caught in snow and no spot, so I paid $30 for a weekly pass for the garage across the street. That worked well for us. You have to go to a specific booth at the main entrance of the main building to buy the pass. The visitor entrance is on Euclid. (The entrance that faces the apartment is for employees.) - This may be standard for VRBO now, but beyond cleaning and taxes, there is $20 in fees added to the stay for utilities. Then, you can either place a hefty deposit or buy insurance. - Rite Aid is a short drive, even walkable. - The phone app to unlock the door was easy. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it.

Blessing to Cleveland Clinic

Words cannot describe the blessing this apartment is to the families & patients of Cleveland Clinic. It is steps away from the main building/ parking garage. The shower is a step in with a shower chair available. Every detail was considered for the patient & family from out of town. It was an excellent place to recover before heading home. Matresses we're amazing. Super clean and hygienic. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Excellent home away from home

Everything is here to make your visit enjoyable. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Bathroom has luxurious towels and soaps. Neighborhood isn't the best but facility is secure.

We were from out of town coming to Cleveland for medical services at the Cleveland Clinic. We did not have transportation. The property was within walking distance to the clinic and some eating establishments. The arrangements were perfect.

Convenient and comfortable and so perfect!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect! We live 8 hours away and had to be at Cleveland Clinic for 10 days before, during and after my husband’s heart surgery. We are both so thankful to have found this place. It felt very much like home. It is as close if not closer than any of the local hotels. It is directly behind the parking garage. It’s very safe in that there are multiple doors to enter through to get to your own apartment. The place was very clean and she had everything that you could possibly need set up and ready, including a shower chair. There is also a Rite Aid within walking distance for any little things you might need. Meilin was very helpful before booking in trying to find the perfect apartment and quickly responded to all of my questions. Even during our stay when we would have questions, she was quick and kind to answer. This apartment was convenient and comfortable! We would highly recommend!!
