Seascape Resort is located in the prestigious "Beaches of South Walton" on Destin's eastern edge and provides visitors with a relaxing escape and a comfortable atomsphere. Seascape Resort has over 2000 feet of pristine white sandy beach, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site 18 hole golf, tennis, 5 swimming pools (2heated), tennis courts, pickleball courts, bike rentals and water sports.

Our tennis villa is located on the ground floor. Each villa has its own carport as well as a private fenced in yard . This villa has been remodeled and professionally decorated and is awaited your visit!

This unit is 1,094 square feet and features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful marble counter tops and opens to the family room. This unit can comfortably sleep seven to eight adults. Cleaning fee includes per fee for one per. We do allow a 2nd pet with a $50 fee and prior approval. Please select pet fee to pay for the 2nd pet.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds; three additional twin bed are located in both the family and 'bonus' rooms.

The inside dining room seats six people and the patio dining table will seat another six people. Our guest are welcome to use our propane grill on the patio. Please note: guest is responsible for providing the propane.

The beautiful sandy ocean takes a few minutes to walk from our unit. The resort boast five pools. Two heated pools one of which is located near the tennis courts minutes from our villa. The resort has the following amenities are available for our guest to use: Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and Pickleball Courts. Our villa has outside storage for all your beach chairs and toys!

Ring security system is utilized on the carport area only. Security System signs are displayed on carport. Notifications to owner are turned off during rental. Video sent to history can be viewed as needed.
