A SHORT WALK FROM THE BEST LAKE MICHIGAN BEACHES IN INDIANA! Beautiful, freshly updated home in Beachwalk Resort located directly behind Carson Park and perfect for families, couples and friends looking for a fabulous vacation or a roomy oasis away from the city! High-speed Xfinity WIFI throughout! TVs include netflix and cable. GOLF CART INCLUDED for easy access to the resort pool and Lake Michigan beaches.

Open first floor plan with kitchen-dining area seating 11 comfortably with large family-style table and kitchen island. Inviting living room space features gas fireplace with 65-inch smart TV and sound bar. The house has a front screened porch off the kitchen/dining area with table seating for 8 and an adorable porch swing which makes a lovely spot for a morning cup of coffee!!

Master and 2nd floor bedrooms include TVs and full size ensuite bathrooms. 3rd floor loft bedroom doubles as a TV room for kids and includes 55in TV. Baby gates provided at all stairs. Pack n' plays and foot stools for the little ones available.

There is a wagon available for trips to the pool or beach. Beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach toys, towels and a roller cooler available for your convenience. Outdoor deck and paver patio area includes outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

The house sleeps a maximum of 11 people

We had a great time staying here while exploring Indiana Dunes NP. So fun for our kids ages 4 and 1.5yo. An awesome playground is right across the street, the golf cart was so fun to drive around. The beach and pool were great. Very fun spot with young kids!

As advertise super family friendly. This was our second time in Beachwalk, our first at Park Place. It was spacious, clean, with all the comforts of home...tv's, wifi, a great porch, plenty of cookery, china, and silverware, and my favorite...large coffee cups! It was a delightful week.

Family get away

Beautiful, well equipped, clean home. Easy access to the pool and beach. Loved having a golf cart to travel back and forth to the pool and beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Well kept home in a beautiful community. Home is well equipped and well maintained!We could have used a little more space to store food in a cabinet. An ADA height commode would have been appreciated.All in all our week with 8 people was very much enjoyed.

Sibling trip

Neighborhood was very cute, convenient and safe. Nice to be able to take golf cart to visit the beach. The home was as described and comfortable for a group gathering. Hosts were awesome and quick with communications. We loved the recommendations for places to eat. Thank you for making your home available for vacation rentals! Highly recommend this home.

Football & Friends

Samantha's home is better than the listing and the area is lovely. We had 3 couples that have known each other for ever and were going to the ND vs NIU game so just an hour ride away. We visited the Barker Mansion which was a gem of the past preserved with original decorating and the docents were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Had a fabulous dinner at Cafe Farina one night and next day had liquid treats at Shoreline Brewery. We walked the beach and can't wait to plan a trip back.

Beautiful Beachwalk Vacation

The owner was very communicative. The house is perfectly equipped. We had 4 kids with us and they loved the playground close by. The golf cart was a wonderful to the weekend. I would stay here again and again.

Great time with family and friends

Our stay was amazing and it was a great time with our family and friends. It is close to the park, the house is big and comfortable, the neighborhood has really fun activities, and the hosts are helpful, friendly and easily accessible. We recommend a stay at the Monopoly House!

Family Vacation 2024

We loved the family atmosphere. The house was within walking distance to Lake Kai and the pool. The park across the street was perfect for the kids. The wagons were great for hauling our stuff to the pool. The golf cart worked out well for going to Lake Michigan. It would have been nice to have a second ice maker in the kitchen. We were always running out!

Great stay for the 4th!

The house is awesome for a family wishing to enjoy the lake. The resort pool and other amenities are great. The park across the street from the house is an added bonus if you have kids in your group. Would absolutely stay again. 5 ⭐!

Great Family Rental

We loved our stay!!! The property was clean and well kept. The location is perfect for families with tons of outdoor fun to be had. My family loved having a golf cart to get around the grounds and thought the house themes in the neighborhood was adorable. Our hosts were communicative and thorough in leaving all the property and community instructions at the property. Highly recommend, if you have a large family with a range of a kids ages this location is for you!

A wonderful stay

A beautiful home and oasis in a busy beach resort. Easy to get to beach or pool, and lots of places in the house to rest and relax. Incredibly comfortable, easy to get to and well furnished for anything you could possibly need. A delight to stay in--would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Gathering

My husband and I were so excited to have our 3 kids and 2 granddaughters in one place for a week. The house accommodated each “family” perfectly. The amount of beds and baths were the draw to this house. I was also pleasantly surprised how well stocked it was. We forgot a couple of things and lo and behold we found it in this house. The owners thought of everything!! It was a great week of togetherness!!

Family Fun

Such a great place for a family to stay. The house and surrounding property have everything you need to keep multi-generations and varying interests engaged and happy. Even with cold and rainy weather, we found plenty of ways to spend time together as a family. Thanks for sharing your “happy place”! It is easy to see why you feel that way! Beach Walk with all that you need

This property had everything as advertised, down to the beach chairs and wagon. Perfect size for our group of 9 including teens and elementary age kids. There is a neighborhood park right across the road which occupied the younger kids for hours. Walking distance to the fishing and water activity pier for the neighborhood lake, and it's walkable to the beach although we typically shuttled two groups up to the entrance to the beach path. The "child" bed is a fold out foam chair which could perhaps be reasonable for a toddler or very lightweight young child, but we didn't need to utilize that. Plenty of linens and beach and bath towels, decent knives, dishes, etc. That's not always the case with rentals and it was a pleasant surprise to find higher quality products. The golf cart is a thing in the neighborhood, and the Park Place cart was in good repair. The shed and deck box had some surprise sand toys and floats, chairs and two umbrellas. If you have a beach canopy or other shade device, that would help as the wind can be too gusty for those umbrellas at the lake. We had the most amazing week of relaxation in this well stocked house! If we return to this area we'll gladly stay here again!

We had a lovely week at Park Place! Even though the weather was not as cooperative as we would have liked and the adjacent playground was under construction, we found lots to do and made many happy memories. LOVED Beachplace overall!! We will be back!

Wonderful long weekend stay!

We had the best time at Park Place. We stayed with our two young kids, plus friends who also have two young kids, and had plenty of space. The house is so clean and bright and happy, definitely the type of place you’d want to spend your vacation time. We loved the screen porch and porch swing, and also did a bonfire one night outside. Everything within the resort is walkable, but we really enjoyed taking the golf cart to/from the pool/beach, as well as the houses of other friends who were staying within the resort. There was a big slide across the street from the house which we used quite a bit, and we were told that park equipment is being installed this summer. There was music on Saturday night in a grassy park/square, which felt so accessible and fun. Samantha was available via text whenever we had questions during our stay. We really loved our long weekend here and would definitely recommend it!

Girls Weekend

We had the most incredible weekend! It was the perfect house to get together for a girls' weekend. We used the golf cart for easy trips to the beach and to explore the property. The house was clean and so cute. We couldn't stop saying we want to rebook already!!

Sibling Reunion

We had eight senior adults and this property worked out perfect for our family reunion. We all slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with eating supplies. The refridgerator was a large size which worked great for our group. Everyone commented on the lovely accommadations. We didn't use the golf cart but one was available had we wanted to use it.
