This was the perfect house for our family getaway. We had an amazing time enjoying the basement amenities — both the kids and adults loved the karaoke and pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance, dish, and utensil you could possibly need, which made cooking and gathering together easy and enjoyable. We had such a great experience that we already plan to come back next year!

Our Beachwalk vacation

Our weekend getaway was an absolute delight at this VRBO! The home was furnished with everything we could imagine from every kitchen appliance to extra blankets and toiletries one could need. The karaoke stage in the basement was amazing and it was so fun to see how the passion for music came out in the decor. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Gathering Spot

A group of us rented this property to celebrate a co-worker’s retirement. It was the perfect gathering spot! We walked to the beach, hung out around the fire pit, played games, and did lots of karaoke. Such an amazing weekend at a beautiful place!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for fantastic trip. The kitchen had lots of room to cook and gather, was fully equipped, and perfect for enjoying meals together.The basement was such a fun bonus space with Ms. Pac-Man, karaoke, and a pool table—it kept everyone entertained for hours! The owner was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for space, comfort, and plenty of fun extras. Fantastic place to stay for kids/adults of all ages!

On sunny days you have the pool, beach, kayaking, bicycling, etc., and if it rains, there are movies, video games, books, pool table, karaoke, and more. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their separate activities, with a nice large kitchen and eating area to gather for family meals. I would highly recommend this property.

Anders was a fantastic host. Easy going and always accessible, checking from time to time (never awkwardly) to ask how things were going.The whole place was clean as a whistle.The accommodations were far beyond expectations. The website pictures don't do justice to how large and well-appointed the common rooms are. The half-bath here was very convenient.The bedrooms (four, with jack and jill bathroom between each pair) are simple but serviceable. One thing is the window curtains(?) are so sheer that the outdoor light (sunny or not) can be bothersome. If you are a light or late sleeper bringing eye shades would be a good idea.If you appreciate music on any level the basement will knock you out. The walls and ceiling are COVERED with artist artwork, album and 45 covers. The karaoke stage (and equipment) and pool table were not - as is the case with a lot of short-term rental properties - just junk thrown downstairs. Both got ample use from our crowd. A full bath downstairs was also a huge convenience.The resort and amenities were likewise first rate. Like the property basement itself, nothing was simply thrown in to attract prospective visitors. Everything was clean and fully functional. Resort staff were to a person friendly and helpful.It took us a short while to get used to the closeness between properties (really, really close) but there was never a problem with noise or rowdiness. We won't hesitate to reach out to Anders (and Joolz) again.

Great property! Fun extras in the basement for entertainment. Nice layout and decor. Floors are in need of a deep cleaning, we had lots of black feet. Other suggestion would be some new mattresses and bedding is outdated. Oh, and the oven needs cleaned as it set the smoke alarm off with every use.

Thanks for the feedback, I can attest that floors are vacuumed and mopped between each guest. Mattresses were replaced last year, and the smoke alarms can be sensitive. So glad you enjoyed the property!

Football Getaway

Came up for the Notre Dame/USC game. This place is amazing. Just an awesome house. Great place to have a good time. Open floor plan. Very cool neighborhood. Will be back.
