The house has one bedroom downstairs with a pull out couch in the living room. It has two double beds upstairs. There is internet access and Roku TV. There is a garage to park your snowmobile in overnight.
Less than a hundred yards from the Snowmobile trail.

We always love our stay here. The only complaint this time was there was old food left inside the oven. Overall though it is clean!

The whole house was completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We stayed Monday through Saturday and couldn’t believe how welcoming and safe it felt. My best friend and I had a girls trip and it was our first time in the UP and my first experience with a bnb so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a perfect base for all of our adventures and we crammed a lot of them in our time there. Very quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly/safe. You will see deer in the yard

The location is nice, right in Hulbert, easy to access. the firepit in the backyard in nice. The kitchen is well stocked. The field across the street is very convenient. The check-in was easy with the door lock code. Access to the garage would be very beneficial for those with snowmobiles or ATVs. It even seemed that tools were available for use. Unfortunately, the number of beds/sleeping is not accurate. The listing says it sleeps 8. It also lists a sofa bed which does not exist. In reality, there is a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, and 4 single beds in the loft. It sleeps 6. Period. Also, the place isn't necessarily "clean" by VRBO standards. Compared to many rentals, guests may find the cleanliness lacking. The loft gets warm and smells very dingy. The kitchen could use a good cleaning. Additionally, when you arrive, you get a note from the host stating that you must take out your own garbage. And there is no reference to a public facility or dumpster for where to take the garbage. We hauled ours around for a while before finding a suitable public dumpster in Trout Lake.After our stay, the host attempted to charge us for "excessive cleaning" after we left. We left the house in very satisfactory condition. We cleaned all the dishes, put them away, and did as instructed with all the sheets and linens. VRBO confirmed that this additional fee was unwarranted and did not need to be paid. Just be aware of this if you book.

House was great and centrally located to what we were doing. We would definitely stay again. But the listing needs to be updated. They have changed some furniture which changed the number of people it sleeps. It was supposed to sleep 8. There is no longer a bed option in the living room so it sleeps 6. We were originally supposed to have 7 in our group but 2 couldn't make it so it was fine but if they came we wouldn't have been able to sleep everyone.

There were only 6 sleeping places available. Not 8 sleeping places as stated in the description. No sofa bed available. Otherwise everything is fine.

Great location

We stayed here for a group snowmobile trip and the location was great! Easy access to snowmobile trails and walking distance to the restaurant/bar. House was perfect for what we needed, clean and the garage was very convenient to use. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Snowmobiling Heaven!!

Prefect location to access main trails all over eastern UP. Fully stocked cabin with everything you need. 10/10 recommend!

The property is nice, great accommodation, lovely decoration and well maintained. The property has a fly infestation on the upper level. There is a garbage policy, that requires you to take the garbage with you otherwise you will be charged $25.

It’s a fixer upper

It looks like they are in the process of fixing it up. Missing a cover on an outlet right above the bed and some wires not covered. Also the boards in the upstairs were not secured in the floor. My biggest complaint was the listing. It said that there was a hot tub, which was false. Also it said that there was a double bed and a futon in the living, which was false. There wasn’t even a couch. There was a love seat and 2 chairs. My husband had to sleep in the recliner because of the false listing. Also, there was a bunch of stuff in the fridge. It was clean and it smelled good but I wouldn’t book it again! Plus it’s in the middle of no where!

Fun getaway

I came up for a family vacation and we had an amazing time. The home was very nice and clean. Near a good amount of fun activities. There isn’t a/c but keeping the windows open and using the fans at the house did help. Sad there wasn’t a hot tub as posted but still had an amazing stay. He was very responsive when I had question! Would definitely stay again!

No snow snowmobile trip

The house was perfect for us! Easy to find, and in a great location! The host has thought about everything and is very accommodating! We will stay here again! We had planned on snowmobiling but with the lack of snow we brought our side by side and still had a great tkmr!
