Cozy Place w/Rustic Bunk house ORV Trail at end of driveway Sleeps 8-10

Located in the small town of Hulbert, Michigan.

Our house is a two bedroom home that sleeps six inside the house along with two full bathrooms. Along with a rustic bunkhouse that will sleep an addition four people (electric only).

ORV/Snowmobile trail is located at the end of the driveway so head on out to the north to Paradise and Tahquamenon Falls, east to Strongs, Brimley, Sault St. Marie, South to Trout Lake, Brevort, Rexton and West to Newberry, Seney.

We have wild life that love to come and walk right up to to our back deck and front porch and just check things out.

Local attractions include Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Sault St Marie, Newberry, Oswald's Bear Ranch, Trout Lake.

House sits on approximately 2 acres of lands and has plenty of room for parking of cars and trailers.

Very quiet, very convenient. We had 2 extra family members show up last minute and the bunk house was absolutely perfect for them. I can say this enough..... AS OF MY STAY, FREE FIREWOOD! FREE FIREWOOD!!! We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. While we didn't spend a lot of time outdoors due to the wildfire smoke rolling in, the area was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.

Great property with rustic cabin. Comfortable check in process. Well placed to be able to make day trips to multiple locations of interest. Except bugs outside in the summer, everything else is great in this area.

No heat in February!!

When we first got to the property, we were excited! But then we were woken up the next morning at around 5 am with NO HEAT!!! My husband and a friend of ours staying with us start doing some trouble shooting with the furnace. I immediately tried to call the number that was provided on Vrbo and I also sent a message. Thankfully our friend use to be an air and heating tech so he was able to switch some things around and get us heat pretty quickly. I did not hear from the home owner until 7 am and the heating company did not come out until 9am. By that time we would have been freezing! It was 8 degrees outside that morning. The home owner did not apologize or offer any type of compensation. It’s a great location but we will not be back.

Great snowmobile weekend

Was a nice clean house, that worked well. Wish there was a bigger run when you walked in. It was had to keep show off the floor because the rug wasn’t big enough. Has a good time.

Beautiful property

I can not recommend this place enough. The place is beatiful and located right off the snowmobile trails which is a great plus for us riders. Our hosts were wonderful, and gave us great advise on which ways to ride and places to check out. We will definitely be back. Weekend get away with family

It was wonderful seeing all the deer coming to eat the apples. We were very disappointed with how dirty the kichen and bathrooms were.

We are a family of three and we love to go explore with our sxs and snowmobiles. We decided to get a house in Hulbert since we were spending so much time up here. So when we are not using it, we decided to rent it out to let other experience the fun the we experience here.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Hulbert is a place like no other. The deer and wildlife come right up to the yard and just look at you as you look at them. People in the UP are friendly and the area is just a nice quiet and relaxing with the ORV trail right at the end of the driveway.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Orv trail right at the end of the driveway. Its great because you in the winter you can see when the groomers come and groom the trails.
