This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one full bathroom with access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The main apartment space is open concept and features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Locking exterior storage closet for skis and equipment is included. Off-street parking is included. Unit sleeps 4 max. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

The location was great being walking distance to the shops & restaurants. Amenities were great with a fireplace, and a great bed which was extremely comfortable for a great night’s rest.

Outstanding! We really enjoyed this comfortable stay in an enormous king size bed, California king? We loved that the apartment is conveniently located in the middle of town. Close to shops, hiking, restaurants, and not too far from Pumpkinville. My husband and I will definitely come back in the future to explore all of the skiing resorts nearby.

Great location, very close to town. Very minimum in apartment but has everything you should need. Property manager was super quick in responding when we had a question. Only down fall is that you could hear the neighboring apartment very clearly - something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quiet place. Fire place was great for the chillier mornings. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great 1 bedroom loft

This property was great for my husband and I to stay at for our anniversary. It’s right in the village so a two minute walk to the shops/restaurants. The unit was very clean and the area was quiet. Would definitely recommend for 2 to 4 people.

Quick Family Getaway

Clean, open concept space perfect for our young family of 4. Easy walk to EBC and space for the kids to run outside! Stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer!

Very nice place!

Very nice place close to everything! It was a 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley and very short walk to downtown Ellicottville. Bed was very comfortable, had an outdoor locked space for our skis and a heated entryway where we kept the rest of our gear. Rachel was very attentive when we asked questions and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Nice location and affordable!

Great location, walking to everything in town! The apt is as pictured and the management is responsive with any needs. The cleanliness was fair with some dirty socks left at the bed from a previous guest and food crumbs throughout the cupboards. Additionally be aware that sound from the other apts travels right through the walls so you can hear full conversations however guests did honor the quiet time rules.

Sweet Spot in Eville

Great VRBO! This was perfect for me and my two sons snowboarding getaway. My 10 yr old and I were in the main bed, and my 13 yr old hit the pullout couch. Kitchen was equipped which was nice because we wanted to make breakfast at home everyday. Could have prepared full dinner with gas stove and oven. The best part about this place is the location and the parking. 2 min walk to evl brewery, awesome pizza place that’s a must, and all the little shops and restaurants. 4-5 min drive to holiday valley (only because it’s 25-35mph). Place is like new too. Rachel was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

Perfect location!

We visit Eville 4-5x a year and never knew this place existed! This will be the first place I check for availability from now on. We don’t ski so the downtown location is prime for us. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The pics don’t do it any justice. The unit was much nicer in person. Industrial vibe with exposed ducts, tall ceilings and minimalist furnishings. Perfect for a couples getaway. Gas fireplace has a nice ambiance and pumps out some heat. Minor complaints that certainly won’t affect me staying again but are good for owners and others to know…1. If using couch as a bed you may want a foam topper. It’s not a typical sleeper and there is no mattress. Hard as a rock. 2. The tv is older and won’t allow connection to the internet to utilize your streaming apps. No tv in bedroom. 3. Shower design is odd. No shelving for bath products and should have glass or some door system. Hard to keep water in shower. 4. Had issues with check in but owners responded immediately and remedied the issue. 5. Buy a bag of ice. Fridge has only one tray and no ice maker. This unit was a super value for its location and amenities. I hope to get to stay in some others in the future.
