This beautiful property has access to a heated pool (the pool is shared between the two units in the house). This home has every amenity you could fathom at an absolutely location in the HEART of Siesta Key Village and just a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA!

Welcome to Sea la vie! Private​ home nestled right in the heart of the Siesta Village with the style, elegance and charm of Siesta Key. Enjoy a family home that sleeps UP to 8 people. a shared heated pool, and quite literally in the heart of Siesta Village!

The Neighborhood:
Siesta Key, Florida is very proud of our sand. In fact, we have the “World’s Finest Whitest Sand”. You’ll find beautiful seashells on Siesta’s white sands, and you’ll find the finest beach-front vacation rentals and showcase homes on the Key, too. What else can you find on the sands of Siesta Key?

You are sure to see and hear our wild parrots and the friendly pelicans while you stroll the breathtaking 8-mile long barrier island that is Siesta Key. Siesta Village is famous for its wild parrots up in the swaying palm trees as well as many other shorebirds including terns, plovers, ibis, spoonbills, and storks. Bird watching is one of the favourite activities of residents and visitors alike. The many varieties of wading birds, like the beautiful snowy egret, and the great heron are just a few of the different types on our beaches and in our village. Keep an eye out for our 4 to 5 foot tall Florida Sand Hill Cranes with their bright red heads and distinctive calling sounds. You will often see two walking side by side since they mate for life. Our birds seem to live comfortably among the people of Siesta Key.

Great stay

This place is just perfect. The unit is clean, comfortable, well maintained. The location cannot be beat. Easy walk to beach and restaurants yet just far enough away so less noise.

Great Location in Siesta Key

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was very nice just like the first time. Location is awesome. You can get to the beach and the village in 5 minutes or less.

Beasch stay

The property is just as picture show. We enjoyed our stay. A couple minor things that need attention. There’s an ant issue in the kitchen, the blender needs to be replaced. The worst part of our stay was me stepping on a piece of glass that was in the carpet under the dining table in the kitchen. I’d have the cleaning crew vacuum and shake that out good. Gladly it was me and not the kids that stepped on it. Other than that the property was great

Terrible host- beware of false advertising!

Upon arrival I still had not received any check in information, address, or key code. I had to reach out and message the host and wait for her reply. She then let me know that the pool heater was not on (found out later that it had been broke for sometime) and that it would be on next week, after our departure. We selected this property based on the heated pool that was advertised as we were visiting with children. I immediately asked why there was false advertising on her listing and requested that the pool heater be turned on for our stay. She said it would take sometime to heat up but we could turn it on. Upon arrival at the unit we realized there wasn't even power to the heater and the water was VERY cold. I let her know and a maintenance man did arrive that day and informed us that it was an old heater and had not been on. I asked if we could get out early check in payment of $80.00 back as we never would have checked in early knowing we couldn’t use the pool at the temperature it was at. I also requested a partial refund. She immediately got aggressive and defensive with me. I asked her to please calm down and get back with me on her decision. She then offered an “extra night” at no charge to extend our stay. We had flights scheduled and were not flexible to continue our vacation for an extra day per most travelers so I was not satisfied with that proposal. I have asked repeatedly for a partial refund and now she is not responding. Do NOT stay at properties w this host!
