Absolument, Ă©tonnant condo dans un endroit parfait! Bienvenue Ă  Happy Clam! Attention aux dĂ©tails tout au long, propre et relaxant. Parfait sous tous les angles! Ce bijou rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© est 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage de sable blanc pur de Siesta Key Beach et 1/2 pĂątĂ© de maisons de Siesta Key Village. LĂ  oĂč les eaux du golfe rencontrent le sable et le sable rencontre le village.

Nager dans une belle piscine chauffée au complexe réservé aux clients seulement. Il est rarement bondé et idéalement situé directement derriÚre le condo.

Happy Clam est petite mais spacieuse avec une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, si vous choisissez de cuisiner. Si la cuisson est trop de travail, alors vous ĂȘtes une trĂšs courte distance Ă  pied prĂšs de 20 restaurants dans le village oĂč la musique et le plaisir accompagnent certains des meilleurs fruits de mer frais, des dĂ©lices ethniques, et la crĂšme glacĂ©e incroyable.

Et la plage, c'est une promenade trĂšs courte dans la rue de Happy Clam. Siesta Key Beach vient d'ĂȘtre Ă  nouveau classĂ© par "TripAdvisor" comme la plage n ° 1 aux Etats-Unis et la plage n ° 5 dans le monde. Le sable quartzeux ultra-blanc Ă  99% est le meilleur au monde. Jamais chaud sur vos pieds et sensation de soie. Chaises de plage, chariot et parapluies fournis.

I have stayed at least a dozen times in Siesta Key over the past few years and by far, this was the BEST rental we have ever used. The location was less than a block behind "The Broken Egg" restaurant and only 1-2 blocks from the beach.The home was spotless: Every amenity/provision was thought of in advance and provided. Kitchen had everything you'd ever want - not just the basics. Smart appliances, bluetooth speakers, beautiful bathroom with products provided, smart TVs, outdoor shower and beach equipment including wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, toys....the list goes on. Clean like they were just off the store shelves: No sand, mold, mildew.Can't wait to come back again and again. We won't stay anywhere else from this point on. We also found the "Easter Eggs" and if you're a Jeep person, you know what I'm taking about.

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental, and our first visiting Siesta Key. Could not have been better. The unit was spotless, ultra modern, steps away from restaurants, markets, stores, and beautiful beach. Amenities were a big plus. With beach equipment; including a beach wagon to haul chairs and umbrella were key. Outdoor rinse area really was nice. Indoor was really modern and very clean. Hosts were on point with communication and relaying information for rental access and use. Not sure what more we could have asked for. Great vacation. Thanks Happy Clam.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love its location and amenities,and the property owners were nothing but responsive before and during our stay! Temperatures were hot & muggy, but they thought of everything one could need for a day atthe beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach bag, and a cart to haul it all)!! Priceless,when you're flying to the vacation destination and can't pack most of that! One street back from the main SK village, so just a 3min walk to the market, coffee shop, & SKOB...can't be beat. Even that close to everything,you don't get a lot of noise.Last but not least, everything in the kitchen is brand new - so many amenities provided!! Just wish we had dinner in more nights to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your property with us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Clam. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! We really appreciated the quality beach chairs, umbrella (loved the bub) and wagon! The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and there were even back up appliances! Communication with the owners was great! Every detailed explained clearly. Cannot beat the LOCATION! Truly just steps to the village and a short walk to the beach! We highly recommend The Happy Clam and we would love to return one day!

Omg!!!! The most adorable 1 bedroom house with a great location. Queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2. 1 block from the village right behind the newly closed French Breakfast Restaurant (which was one of my favorites). The Happy Clam is approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach using beach access 3 or 4. My son said he wanted to live at the Happy Clam!! The house is nicely decorated very nice kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor area with table and chairs and shower lots of place to hang wet beach stuff. Great variety of beach stuff chairs umbrella toys boogie board. And access to a pool behind the house. Loved the Happy Clam!!!!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach home. Matter of fact we’re booking for next year too!! We have stayed in summer homes in July for over 20yrs and this is by far the best. If you want a beautiful beach home to stay this is definitely the best place ever. You’re just a block from the beach & shopping areas.

Wonderful beach getaway

The rental is perfectly located—just a short walk to the Village and the beautiful white sand beach. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We love being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Fun and easy beach getaway!

Very clean! Loved the cozy feel with all the extras (pillows, sheets, throws, towels, beach accessories, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom). Owners had framed printed communication with clear instructions around the house. Parking was excellent with space provided in the village, right beside Happy Clam. everything in home was functioning and well maintained. Location was excellent! Walk to beach was easy but a little longer than our smaller kiddos liked in the heat of florida. Loved that the bathroom door had direct access to outside! Was great for rinsing sand off kids before going in house. Lots of thoughtful touches by these owners!

The Happy Clam made us very happy clams!

This was absolutely the most perfect location and place to stay!! Every want or need was already thought of when we stepped through the door. Even a sweet gift was waiting for us at check in!! Easy instructions for check in and check out. Communication with the owners was fabulous! Great parking, the pool area was perfect! Walk to restaurants and shopping in two minutes, walk to the beach in four minutes!!! We are so grateful to have spent our vacation at the Happy Clam!

Better than ever!

We’ve stayed at the Happy Clam several times over the last few years. It’s always great but the updates after damage from Hurricane Milton have made it even better. The new floors and appliances are great and the new bed is super cozy. As always, the location can’t be beat!

Perfect Siesta Key property!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Happy Clam in early March! The condo was already updated and pristine last year, but Charlie and Sharen did some beautiful updates after last fall’s hurricane. It’s the cutest little coastal oasis just a block from Siesta Key village north and a couple of blocks to the spectacular quiet end of Siesta Key Beach!

Easy access with multiple nearby airports if flying: Tampa International (1 hr, 15 min), Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (30 min), Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (1 hr, 30 min), and Orlando International Airport (1 hr, 50 min). Choose the best rate, time, and flight that fits your plans.

Excellent rental car rates in this part of Florida all year round.

Sarasota (SRQ): A beautiful midsize city (Population 53,326) with great people, amazing culture, and wonderful food. Also many other wonderful islands, beaches, and communities to explore very nearby.

Once you arrive you will discover the best weather and beach right outside your door. Park your car, and you may find you will not need to use it again. Happy Clam sits in the heart of Siesta Key Village. A quaint beach community on the gulf. A quiet 1 block walk to the #1 beach in the USA. 1/2 block to great food and music. It could not be better.

You will have a private secluded heated pool available whenever you want to relax or get wet. The pool is located right behind Happy Clam.
