Absolument, étonnant condo dans un endroit parfait! Bienvenue à Happy Clam! Attention aux détails tout au long, propre et relaxant. Parfait sous tous les angles! Ce bijou récemment rénové est 1 pâté de maisons de la plage de sable blanc pur de Siesta Key Beach et 1/2 pâté de maisons de Siesta Key Village. Là où les eaux du golfe rencontrent le sable et le sable rencontre le village.

Nager dans une belle piscine chauffée au complexe réservé aux clients seulement. Il est rarement bondé et idéalement situé directement derrière le condo.

Happy Clam est petite mais spacieuse avec une cuisine bien équipée, si vous choisissez de cuisiner. Si la cuisson est trop de travail, alors vous êtes une très courte distance à pied près de 20 restaurants dans le village où la musique et le plaisir accompagnent certains des meilleurs fruits de mer frais, des délices ethniques, et la crème glacée incroyable.

Et la plage, c'est une promenade très courte dans la rue de Happy Clam. Siesta Key Beach vient d'être à nouveau classé par "TripAdvisor" comme la plage n ° 1 aux Etats-Unis et la plage n ° 5 dans le monde. Le sable quartzeux ultra-blanc à 99% est le meilleur au monde. Jamais chaud sur vos pieds et sensation de soie. Chaises de plage, chariot et parapluies fournis.

Plus de restaurants fantastiques une courte distance en voiture à Sarasota, juste à côté de la clé.

Shopping de classe mondiale au St Armand's Circle, à 20 minutes à pied! C'est une expérience que vous ne voudrez pas manquer. Il n'y a rien de tel!

Visitez la renommée de Ringling of Ringling Circus. Sarasota a longtemps été la maison d'hiver de la célèbre compagnie de cirque. L'établissement de Ringling comprend une collection éclectique d'art baroque, le musée du cirque, un manoir de trente chambres, le théâtre historique Asolo de Venise et quelques 60 hectares de jardins sans pareil.

We absolutely love this VRBO. The location was perfect for us - so close to the village and beach accesses. The home was spotless clean and beautifully decorated with every possible visitor needs. We just returned home from staying in this beautiful condo for the past 7 days. This was our 5th time renting a condo in the community of Village West , first time for this condo. The word WOW comes to my mind . This condo is beautiful inside. Everything is very new, and it has everything you need for your stay . The bed is very comfortable. Everything about this place is great! The location is perfect. Its within walking distance of both the beach and downtown (it's actually a stones throw away from the main drag). The place is beautiful and kept in great condition. There are several amenities that they provide that you would have to find elsewhere at other places (such as beach supplies). We didnt have any issues that required reaching out to the owners during our stay. But the communication we had leading up to our stay was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this place.

The Happy Clam is the cutest condo with the best location on Siesta Key! It's in the nice quiet Village West association and very convenient for walking - just a block from Siesta Key Village and two blocks from the quiet end of Siesta Key Beach. The hosts always respond quickly and make everything from booking to check-in very easy. Book it today!!

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is incredible to be able to walk to both the Village and the beach! The pool is also so great as is the convenient parking space. The hosts thought of all of the details - the place is filled with great touches (full kitchen, linens, bath, full set of beach day equipment, games, their Where Is info sheets). Very clean and bright space that feels higher end!! Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend for a couple or small family!

The house is beautiful with an all-new, top-notch interior including a completely equipped kitchen. We loved that it is 1 1/2 blocks from the Village, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We spend much of our time in the cute, comfortable patio. When I had a question, the Irelands were very helpful and friendly. We have been to SK many times and this is our favorite house. This rental was absolutely perfect! They had literally everything you can think of there. Sunscreen, nail polish remover, shampoo and conditioner, zip lock bags, laundry supplies. You name it. They had it. The only thing you need to bring are your clothes! The location to everything was incredible. 5 minute beautiful walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! Easy access to the trolley system. 15/10 will be back next year.

Wonderful beach getaway

The rental is perfectly located—just a short walk to the Village and the beautiful white sand beach. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We love being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Fun and easy beach getaway!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach home. Matter of fact we’re booking for next year too!! We have stayed in summer homes in July for over 20yrs and this is by far the best. If you want a beautiful beach home to stay this is definitely the best place ever. You’re just a block from the beach & shopping areas.
