This property was perfect for our group of 16. Everyone had their own bed to sleep on, the pool table was a hit and the location was great.

Great stay for my bachelorette!

We had the BEST time staying at this place! The location was prime, the inside was lovely and we had more than enough accommodations! It was also extremely helpful that the AC was pristine as the Austin days get hot! Hope to return with more friends in the future.

Great place

Preston was a great host and our large group of 17 had a great stay. The property was as listed from the pictures and very clean. The location was great and easy to get to down town. The neighborhood felt safe. Would reccommend.

We had a group come to Austin for New Years and this house was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and the beds were VERY comfy. No complaints at all. Our host was very responsive and communicative. The location was also perfect.

Clean and Spacious place!

Our bachelorette group loved this property! The house was super clean and spacious for our group of 15. The house isn’t right downtown but just short Uber rides to wherever you want to go. Preston was very generous and easy to communicate with. I have a very picky group of friends and they absolutely loved the place.

This house was perfect for getting our team together for a retreat in Austin with plenty of space for everyone, a big comfortable living room, a clean easy kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Nice proximity to good food (especially the taco trucks) and the hike & bike trail! Only got one game in, but the pool table was cool too, with a nice view of downtown!

Great location, responsive host, good for groups!

We stayed here with a group of 17 girls and everyone loved the house! We felt safe outside when getting Ubers downtown (very close to downtown and Ubers we’re plentiful in the area) or walking to the nearby stores. Lots of essentials were available inside the house, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. it was not like some rentals where they limit you. Preston the host was extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. He was very helpful and flexible with our requests. We did have one issue with a bed but I think it should be taken care of. House is as advertised, almost all the bathrooms are re-done and spacious, each one has a blow dryer ;) The master bedroom closet is converted to a room with 2 twin beds, our girls didn’t mind sleeping in there though. A/c worked great (similar to most houses if a bedroom gets warm keep the door open, good sound system), huge kitchen pantry for lots of storage, we loved the interior decor. Would definitely recommend this listing! Thank you Preston for taking care of us so well! Tips for the area: The taco place next door called El Tacorrido was perfect for catered meal, extremely affordable compared to places like Torchys and was more authentic, we loved it! Liquor store, 711, and Walgreens in walking distance.

Best Stay We’ve Ever Experienced

Preston was not only so easy to communicate from start to finish but his home exceeded our expectations ten times over. It could not have been a better space for us to stay for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend in Austin. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much, Preston! Bachelorette Party in Austin, TX

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in Austin, TX! Very cleanly and the perfect size for our group. Everyone had a bed and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group of girls! The location to downtown was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
