About this space
-Closest possible neighborhood to downtown: near multiple 5 star hotels (<5 min from the Fairmont Hotel), and in the heart of the vibrant east side.
-Walk to: Austin’s top restaurants in <5 min (la Barbecue, Laundrette, Juan in a Million) on and around Cesar Chavez, or Lady Bird Lake (Run/Bike/Kayak) within 10 minutes.
-Scooter/Bike to: Rainey Street and East 6th in <10 min
-Drive to: West 6th, Zilker, UT Football Stadium, South Congress, AUS Airport in ~10 minutes.

Here's a breakdown of the sleeping arrangements:
-Master bedroom (downstairs) = 1 king bed

The space
-Entertainment System: 65” QLED TV + home theater quality audio + Spotify/Netflix/Hulu all included.
-A house means total privacy and noise isolation that can't be matched by a hotel room, or rental in an apartment. This is extremely rare this close to downtown.


-Driveway (1-2 cars) and street parking (1 car) available right in front of the house.

-Touchpad smart lock = even easier check in than a hotel. Just walk in!

-Beautifully decorated with the help of a trained interior designer.

Amazing Stay

This house was perfect for our big group bachelorette. We had enough beds, towels, toilet paper, and such for everyone! The host was friendly, quick to respond, and quickly supported us with our requests. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location for a large group.Thank you for hosting a weekend to remember!! Note that this house has some wear and tear, but that's the testament to all of the great memories made there before )

Perfect for our group!

We had a 20 person bachelorette and we had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and responsive. He let us check in early and check out late! The place is beautiful and clean, lots of great towels and sheets. There are huge washer and dryers that are very useful for a big group! The kitchen is stunning and had everything we needed. Lastly- the location is fabulous! We walked to get great smoothies, tacos and to an amazing bakery! Highly recommend.

Birthday trip

This was a great property for a birthday trip for a group of 14! There was plenty of space, a great location, and Preston was extremely communicative! I would highly recommend this property. We had a great experience!

Really great spot, however the listing says 5 bedrooms but it is only 4! We loved it overall but had to squeeze some people around as it was a different size than listed.

Bachelorette Party!

This house was perfect for a large bachelorette party! Close to everything in Austin, was clean, and felt very safe. Host was great, and even brought us a cutting board within an hour when we couldn't find one in the house. 10/10 and would recommend to friends and family!

Bachelor party in Austin

This house is ideally set up for large groups. It is very spacious. There are A LOT of beds, and also several air mattresses for even more sleeping space. The house is also very modern and very clean. The backyard is turf, which somehow makes a lot of sense for bachelor's parties. The house is also 5 minutes walking to several restaurants and stores, including a famous BBQ joint and a taco place. The property is walking distance to the waterfront, which has lots of good walking, running and biking trails. The owner was also very communicative and accommodating. He worked with us for a slightly early check in. There was also an issue at the house, but the owner was extremely quick to respond and work with us to solve the problem. I'd definitely recommend this house for large groups traveling to Austin!

Bachelor party in Austin

The place is built for bachelor / bachelorette parties a ton of beds and a nice outdoor space to hang out in. Really close to some good restaurants and not too far from 6th St. Preston was responsive and allowed us to check in early which was very nice of him.

Best Bachelorette House

We had a group of 17 girls in the home and we were all shocked at how clean the home was. We actually think it’s even nicer in person than it looks online which is crazy! Preston responded quickly and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The location was perfect. We did not Uber more than 10 minutes in any direction. Preston thank you for everything!!

Beautiful and Well Located

The pictures did not do it justice. The house was absolutely beautiful. Our group of 7 had plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor space was set up perfectly to hangout with groups and there was plenty of privacy. It was located less than a mile from a ton of Austin staples (6th street, capital city bakery, etc.).

Fantastic for groups of all sizes!

Home was perfect for our group of 8, but also could've easily fit many more. All new/modern appliances and conveniences, and the yard was beautiful. We were able to cook meals and enjoy each other's company in the spacious downstairs area. Very close to downtown, and also many of the popular areas around Austin (never more than a 5-10 minute Uber). Even plenty of places in walking distance to grab a bite. Hope they'll have us back, because this is the first listing I'll look for on our next trip to Austin!
