This house was perfect for our vacation! We had 9 people in our group and there was plenty of space. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the two covered porches and loved sitting by the pool. The location was perfect. The beach access is right around the corner. There is so much to do within minutes of this home! We would stay here again! Loved everything about this house.

House was perfect, game room was lots of fun. Of all short term rental houses my family as stayed out, the bed mattress where the most comfortable ever. I even liked it better than my mattress back home.

Poorly maintained home, broken dishwasher, smoke detectors chirping because the batteries were low.Low water pressure. And for the cost to stay there you would think they would supply more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms.I have stay at many short-term rentals by far the worst experience

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. Our home is professionally maintained and inspected regularly. The issues mentioned were minor and could have been resolved quickly had we been notified during your stay. Our local management team lives nearby and is always available to assist guests when needed. In the check-in information letter sent prior to arrival, we ask guests to notify us right away if they notice any issues so we can address them promptly. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding these concerns. Regarding water pressure, we are located on a barrier island, where lower pressure is common compared to mainland homes. As for supplies, our VRBO listing clearly outlines what is provided at check-in. Starter supplies are included, and guests are responsible for any additional items needed during their stay, which is standard for most vacation rentals. We appreciate feedback and always strive to improve, and we regret we weren’t given the opportunity to make things right during your visit.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is excellent, offering many fun activities for teens, and the location is very convenient. The beds were great, and there were lots of towels for the bath and beach. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The location is great if you are coming in from out of town and having groceries delivered or if you want to dine out. The kitchen could use some updates with pots and pans, but otherwise it was a amazing stay!

Family getaway

Very nice house that has everything we were looking for. Close to beach açcess,room for the whole family . Loved our time there, hosts were great. We were missing some family members due to illness but the lovely house helped to make up for any disappointment.

Beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there were several little hiccups that we had to contact the property manager about multiple times such as washer not working, outside shower not working, pool lights weren't turning on, master bedroom sink wasn't draining properly, etc. We would definitely stay here again but we would hope these little things would be taken care of before we arrived so we don't have to take time out of our stay to contact the property managers back and forth. Overall, 8/10! Great place for big family vacation. The walk to the beach really is two minutes ;)
