114 E. Kingfish is a brand new vacation rental property built in 2022! This custom built private home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, a private heated pool & hot tub, breathtaking interior design, and comfortable sleeping accommodations.

The first floor features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area entails plenty of space for guests to sit & relax on the comfy couches and enjoy conversation and watching the flat screen tv. Preparing meals will be so much fun in the chef style kitchen featuring a large kitchen island, quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and tons of cabinets stocked with an abundance of cooking supplies such as pots, pans, dish-ware, cooking utensils, etc.

Guests will enjoy gathering at the huge dining table located just off the living room. This is the perfect setting to eat meals with friends and family.

The pool area is located just off the living room. The private backyard featuring a heated pool & hot tub offer guests the perfect place to take a dip and enjoy South Padre Island tropical climate. The pool area has ample outdoor seating including chairs and loungers for guests to sit and relax.

All four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of this private home. The first bedroom entails a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and flat screen tv.
The second bedroom offers guests a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and flat screen tv. The third bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and flat screen tv.
The spacious master bedroom offers guests a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom. The master bathroom has his & her sinks and walk in tile shower.

114 E. Kingfish is located in the heart of South Padre Island. This private vacation rental home is less than 1/2 a block from the beach! Restaurants, bars, and the entertainment district are all within a short walk of this home making it easy to explore everything South Padre Island has to offer!

Great place to stay. Couldn’t find the iron for a few wrinkled shirts. Never figured out the controls for the hot tub. No big deal. Would stay there again !

Our stay was great! I would suggest a bigger gas grill, cooking over a direct fire is a task! Also, the pool water was very hot!! Is this a heated pool? Jacuzzi jets were non functional!!

Excellent place to stay with a large group. Close distance to the beach, Gravity Park, and all the nightlife entertainment. Great place to watch the fireworks from. The private pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Definitely booking again.

This home is beautiful! Well stocked. Pool and hot tub was great. The short walk to the beach is the cherry on top. Very family friendly with a bunk bed in every room but the master.

Great location and great for couples

We loved the house, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants. We had 4 couples of friends and really enjoyed having all of our own bedrooms with bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The property managers were amazing and always there to answer questions or to make sure we were doing well. I will for sure stay here again if in SPI, thank you SPI Rentals.

Very good!

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues but the property manager resolved very quickly and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have one issue that was not resolved. Valve was bad in the only bath tub in the house and it was never fixed! This place is very spacious and can accommodate a large group!

Perfect for a friend trip

We loved this house! With 4 couples, we each had our own bedroom with connected bathroom so we all had our own space. But the living room & dining rooms were also super spacious when we were together! The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, & utensils. We had no problem cooking multiple meals. We also LOVED the garage fridge. Made it easy to keep everything cold. The walk to a public beach entrance was so quick & easy especially with the wagon they provided. It was great! We’d love to stay here again.

Lovely home, needs a few things

We stayed for a week at this new home. The layout is nice, the kitchen and living are on the main floor and the bedrooms are all upstairs. The pool area with the swim platform is great for kids. That being said, the home was lacking in a few areas. There are no area rugs in the home. It is only tile floor. It wouldn't be such a problem, but we have an infant and there was nowhere safe to set her down to play. The bedrooms are also lacking rugs under the beds (this was less of a problem, but still less comfortable with an infant). The kitchen is also lacking basic kitchen supplies such as a functional can opener, food storage containers, etc. These downsides of the home are easy to fix and I would rent again if the home was updated!

Great place to stay!

Glad we picked this home to stay in! Great location. It's only half a block from the beach. The pool was refreshing to relax in at the end of the day. Each bedroom had it on full bathroom as well. The house is very modern. Loved the open layout on 1st floor. Definitely would stay here again.
